Avoid this marketplace. Terrible support system, there is NO protection at all.
I bought an account here recently. The seller was even “verified by PlayHub” with lots of reviews. Under the listing it stated things like “We got you covered” and that I can contact 24/7 support anytime I need help with any issue. I trusted that and bought the account. I received all my details instantly, and everything worked perfectly for the first week. I was playing with no doubts at all. Because the seller was “verified” by the platform and there was support supposedly covering me, everything seemed fine.
A week later, the seller pulled back the account from me early in the morning. I wasn’t even that shocked, because this seems to be a common technique they use selling recycled accounts just to make money through fraud. I gathered all the proof, screenshotted everything I needed, and first contacted the seller. He ignored me for about a day or two, then replied: “Your warranty got expired” 😂
So after the warranty expires, the seller just takes the account back? I wasn’t renting the account, I was BUYING it.
I contacted him again, but he started ignoring me completely. Then I reached out to support, which was advertised as “24/7”. I explained everything that happened and attached all the proofs. After about 1.5 days, support replied that “after the warranty is expired, we are VERY limited in what we can do and cannot provide a refund. We will keep a close eye on this case, and we want you to contact the seller to resolve it.”
I was really confused, does that mean that after a week the seller can just do whatever he wants, take the account back, keep the money, and get away with it?
I contacted the seller again, ignored for 2 days. Contacted support again, ignored as well.
This is basically a fraud system, set up in a way where scammers can take the money and the account and just get away with it. It’s really disappointing that there was no real help, not even an option for a replacement account. In the end, everything was just left like that, me getting ignored from both sides with no resolution.

Well I waited for 10 hours for a response on why I was not verified and they came back and just refunded my perchuse and not fixed it I really wanted that account. I still haven’t got my money back though they sayed it would be 5 days.

The company is great. When buying digital products from unknown people, it's really good having them as the go between!
I've made 5 or 6 purchases for my grandson, with only one being a problem (with the individual seller) and Playhub took care of us right away.
They hold your money in "escrow" so IF a problem arises, you deal with them to get it back. You have the power with them as they request confirmation of each step before they will release the funds to the seller.
