Plantology USA (Order #9751)
I ordered from Plantology USA (Order #9751) on May 22, 2025, and it has been the most anti-customer experience I’ve ever had with an online retailer.
Despite their “fast shipping” guarantee, more than 10 days passed after I placed the order with no update. I requested to cancel before it shipped, and the company confirmed the order had not shipped, but still demanded a cancellation fee. Then they shipped it anyway against my request.
When the plant finally arrived, it was weeks late and in poor condition. When I asked about returning it, I was ignored.
Every step of the way, Plantology has delayed, deflected, and made resolution harder instead of easier. I’ve documented everything, and my case has been submitted to my bank, the CFPB, the BBB, and the Texas Attorney General’s office.
Plantology is quick to take your money, but if something goes wrong, they will put up every obstacle to avoid accountability. Strongly recommend avoiding this company.
