Worked with Dan over a number of months whilst kitchen was being extended. Couldn’t be any more helpful.
Made recommendations to match budget and provided several options.
Measuring up was done on time and fitting was almost a problem due to material being stuck in port, but a slightly different one was sourced and fitted on time.
End job flawless, great company to deal with

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Planet Granite. I had a Bloomstone Calacatta Glacier worktop fitted at the beginning of December 2023, in preparation for moving into my new house in July 2024. Since then, I’ve had to email and call on several occasions regarding ongoing issues, and have spoken with Dan, Russ, and Steve—each of whom assured me they would get back to me. Despite being given specific dates and times, no one ever showed up, and I was left waiting repeatedly without any communication or resolution. This has been going on since last year, and it feels like they pick and choose which customers they actually want to respond to. The lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, and if I could, I wouldn’t even give them half a star.

Wow, what a fabulous caring company, Dan and his team carried out my works with efficiency, professionalism and care. Their aftercare service being 2nd to non. During the installation of my kitchen a different contractor accidentally scratched my gorgeous new worktops. I spoke with Dan and his team whom attended and polished the worktops to perfection. No evidence of the scratch. I would definitely recommend and use Planet Granite again.

This is the second time we’ve used Planet Granite and they’ve been a dream to work with from showroom to installation. We had to make changes to the format after templating due to the kitchen fitters but that was no problem, revised templates done and then fitted immaculately. Really pleased with the end result and their attention to detail, making the whole kitchen look fabulous

The whole process was seamless from the accurate templating to the quick installation.

It is so rare to find a company that does exactly what you agree to, carries out a complex refurbishment, cleans up afterwards, finishing within budget and timeframe and then follows up with an email to check I am happy with their work.
I cannot rate Planet Granite team highly enough - thank you to the designer and logistics team, however special thanks must be raised for the chaps who did such a good job with kindness (after discovery of rotten cabinets that unexpectedly needing replacement) professionalism and enthusiasm.

My existing quartz worktop had cracked and needed replacing. So I contacted Planet granite, and their presales service was friendly and helpful.They came out to give me an insurance quote so I could make a claim. However, when the quote arrived they hadn't sized and priced correctly. I had to remind them of missing items. When they came to fit it they did a formal technical template. They noticed it had a under counter LED strip light so wanted to charge me more. I argued that they should have known about this when they came out before. They still charged me extra even though the insurance company had already paid out. On the day they came, they removed the existing worktop and broke my LED lights. They didn't offer to pay to repair these. It was just one of those things. They also didn't seal the upstand to the wall. They left a gap and it was for me to seal it with caulk. They also made a mess and did half a job at cleaning up. The only good thing is that the quality of the worktop and fitting was very good. Otherwise they'd have a 1 star.

Had our worktops fitted over a week now and we are over the moon!!

Dan was lovely and knowledgeable and kept us updated at all times throughout the process. He also showed us the main factory, how it's all made and showed us large slabs rather than the small samples from other places.

Ricky came to template and even made suggestions we hadn't thought of, very knowledgeable, used a state of the art laser (we laughed when he was also meticulously going over with his tape measure over and over again)

Kieron and Brandon were the last part of the puzzle and were amazing!
Within 2hours of knocking the door they walked away leaving us stunned at the new beauty of our kitchen. Polite, cleaned up behind them and clearly masters of their craft.

We turned up at Planet Granite showroom just before closing time on a Saturday afternoon. Despite this, we were welcomed in by Steve who was only too happy to help and talked us through lots of options for our kitchen worktops. Once we’d narrowed it down Steve then took us down to his factory (all way after closing time) to show us some bigger samples, the amazing facility and some of the amazing sculptures his son had be creating. We picked our stone and sent some plans over to Steve so he could produce our quote. As promised, we received our quote bang on time Monday morning. It was very competitive so we went ahead the same day. A few days later, Ricky, Steve’s templater came to measure up. He was bang on time, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. Less than two weeks later, our beautiful worktops were installed by Dan and the fitting team. Steve kept me updated from beginning to end and called me twice on the day of installation. Once to see how it was going and again to make sure I was happy (which I was). Faultless and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again Steve & Team!

After asking for a quick turn around .only 7 days from agreeing the job .our new granite worktop was fitted .
Perfect templating with laser machine .cut outs perfect and the fitting team turned up on time and left in a timely manor.3 very nice chaps polite and professional.very happy all round.

Had my worktops installed by these guys it was a first rate job all the guys were great.

I called into planet granite as I required a one off bespoke piece of stone cutting. I was unsure if my requirement could even be carried out. My first point of contact was Dan.
Dan could not have been more helpful. He gave me very detailed information on how the work would be carried out. He included me in the discussions with his team to ensure they knew what I required. Dan and his team were all enthusiastic and confident that the finish would be exactly as I required and that was the case. Excellent quality of finish.
Overall my experience was 5 star. Dan and the team were extremely helpful and the communication was excellent.

Steve, Russ and all the guys we have dealt with regarding their knowledge of products and choice of material was absolutely amazing.
We had our job templated yesterday and the young man that came was superb. The technology he used to measure was great, he came with a tripod and iPad, mind blowing!
Just waiting for the tops to be fitted now, imminently I believe.
Really looking forward to the end product which I'm sure is going to make my new kitchen look stunning.

When we encountered an issue with an unfinished wall delaying the breakfast bar worktop, they returned without hesitation to complete the job. We had our worktops fitted on Tuesday and everything went to plan, fantastic showroom with so many options for style and budget. All staff from the showroom, templating and fitting were very helpful and polite, great attention to detail with everything. It’s the second time we have used them due to moving house and can’t fault them. Would 100% recommend and will be using again in the future.

The company is very honest and straight forward, we dealt with Daniel and he was very professional and took his time with us if I had to give home a rating I would rate him 11/10. The two chaps that fitted the worktop were also great kept the area very clean and tidy and complete it swiftly
