Property had broken toilets from the beginning, damp in flooring took over a year to fix moved out as became tired of asking for a safe property with two kids
Alarm continuously go off which they highlighted was a known problem and nothing they could do about it

We have stayed at Placefirst for a year. Our stay went really good. We enjoyed the property/neighbourhood. The process for check in/out was really quick and Dave our building manager been really friendly, kind and always understood our busy schedule and did his best to accommodate. We had no issue while we stayed there and totally recommend ( houses are really nice, area is really good)

We have stayed at Placefirst Elevate for almost a year already. Overall, our stay is going well. Importantly, pets are allowed in the building, and there are many dogs and cats around. Sarah, our building manager, did her best to make our experience as comfortable as possible during this time. She is a very kind, friendly, and welcoming person and helps to deal with any issues that emerge.

Really great letting agency who helped us every step of the way to ensure a smooth and efficient process. They were happy and eager to help us with any questions or concerns. Would like to personally thank Mia, Sue & Abigail for all of their assistance throughout. Would highly recommend to future renters! ☺️

My experience has been absolutely amazing in Elevate, specifically due to Sarah. She is genuinely the best person to have as a residents manager. Sarah is always attentive and responsive to any queries and the very little issues we have had. She also such a lovely bubbly person!

Mia and the other staff helped us through our application. We are returning to the UK after 18 years overseas. We also have 2 small dogs. Placefirst offered us the best chance to get back and we are seriously out of touch with things. We were dealt with in a very professional and patient manner. I got very stressed at times but Mia was always cheerful and helpful.
