We’re an Australian personalised gifts and laser engraving business based in Brisbane, helping customers across Australia create meaningful gifts and custom products. At Pixel Burn, we specialise in personalised gifts including engraved drinkware, custom tumblers, whisky glasses, keepsakes, and unique gifts for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Every item is engraved in-house using professional laser equipment to ensure a clean, precise, and permanent finish. We also support makers, hobbyists, and laser engraving businesses by supplying laser blanks, acrylic sheets, engraving materials, and laser supplies designed for CO₂ and fibre laser machines. One of the things our customers appreciate most is speed. Many orders are produced the same day they’re placed, with next-day delivery options available across Australia when you need a personalised gift quickly. We also include free parcel protection on all orders. In the rare event that a parcel is lost, damaged, or even stolen in transit, our parcel protection ensures you’re supported and the issue is resolved quickly. Couldn't get any better especially for customised and personalised items!

Just received my replacement order, and this is definitely not my last time ordering from Pixel Burn Laser Creations.
It’s been amazing to find a local business that can create custom pens with my logo to such a high standard. I had high expectations, and the team truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and easy from start to finish.
My design wasn’t the simplest, but nothing seemed too difficult for them. The design team put in a huge amount of effort, and I’m extremely impressed with the final result. Their attention to detail and willingness to get everything right really stands out.
What impressed me most was their customer service. When there was an issue, they immediately stepped in with a solution—reproducing my order the same day and delivering it that night at no cost. They also arranged urgent stock with their supplier and delivered the remaining items (with extra personalised pieces) shortly after, again at no extra cost. That level of care and commitment is rare.
Receiving a personalised note from the design team was such a thoughtful touch. Even when they’re busy, they make the effort to keep you updated every step of the way.
A special thank you to the whole team, especially Nick, John, Oliver, and Mathew, who I had the pleasure of dealing with throughout the process. Your consistency, kindness, and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
Highly recommend—looking forward to ordering again!

Customer service from Luke was amazing he helped me pick a gift for my partner he also communicated with the whole time giving updates and very transparent with everything and delivery was super quick and the quality is amazing I’m still in awe of it

Could not recommend them enough Fantastic!!

Could not recommend them enough! Great company to order from communication was excellent and kept me updated the entire time plus delivery arrived exactly as promised. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better company when it comes to ordering a personalised gift. You can definitely tell they take care in the quality of their work. To the staff member that was dealing with me throughout my order massive shout out thank you for being so kind!
