Really bad customer service I’ve been waiting for my order for over 3 weeks now and no one is getting back to me they said it’s been delivered and it’s not !

Sent emails regarding a return as the lipsticks I ordered were not like the photo shown and have had no response to any of my emails will not be ordering again or recommending.

Ordered 3 times, only 2 turned up, had to email 6 times before someone replied to me, no phone number to contact and was not able to message on tiktok/instagram, so just had to wait. They eventually replied and sent a replacement, which I then ended up having a massive allergic reaction to. FYI - I have the least sensitive skin!! I can put absolutely anything on my skin and it’s perfect, something in this must be harmful to skin and I am now left with red/itchy/very sore brows after using product for 2 weeks. Unhappy.

I ordered 2 of the discounted boxes thinking I’d get some things different I ordered 1 light 1 medium but got the exact same stuff just different shades the ad is very misleading makes you think your getting the bronzing fluids

Shocking customer service!!! Order #163017 Placed an order, realised it was the wrong address followed the website guide to cancel before the order was processed but it didnt give an option to cancel it. emailed no reply! so just left the order and changed to pick up at a depot instead. You cancelled the order and return to sender without any communication Charged for the product that was never received. Emailed again no response emailed with a complaint no response so claimed the money back from the bank and still got a cheek to challenge the claim!

Very quick delivery, so good for my brows.

I have only really used the Honey Glue original. It is my holy grail brow product because it keep my brows in place all day and is easy to get the hang of. When I went to repurchase I had a panic because I thought it was discontinued and had to sit down I was so upset. I would say I think it works best if you already have full brows though. Delivery was quick.

Omg I received my 3 for 2 lip products today wow there so perfect pigmented so nice to apply I bought cupids cream liner in dulce french kisses in Sofia and lip glaze in baby love I’m 53 and can’t believe how nice they look and feel for price I’m going to buy more 🫶

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE .....Ordered 3 lip gloss in different colours on arrival they look exactly the same despite different names and the no applicator on one, emailed twice no reply whatsoever. Now goimg through my bank to claim full refund

What a nightmare .. please avoid this company .. loads missing from order and they did nothing to help .. I emailed 5 times before I got a response .. they are refusing to send the items I am missing ! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering .. clearly most people seem to have a problem. So I have lost my money .. how horrible of a company to do this !

Do not use this company they are terrible and have awful customer service .. half my order missing and they have blamed it on me ??? Trying to make out I’m lying . So upset I paid money and didn’t receive my items .. they are a terrible co .. please be very wary !!

How can an order be fulfilled when i have not received an email informing that it has been been shipped (which i was supposed to receive as mentioned when placing my order) and when i visit the tracking it says my order is not yet shipped?
And no one even replies to my emails

They sent me a palette that had one year left in date so I only have a year to use it instead of 3 I sent them an email telling them they have sent me old stock and heard nothing back from them also I think the eyeshadow palette has already gone off because the creams in it smell funny and have a residue on them not happy waste of money

Received my order. One of the lip glosses was missing an applicator end so I cannot use it. I have emailed customer service 4 times and not had a response. You cannot message them on social media. Will be contacting my bank regarding chargeback now . Very disappointing

Was so excited to try the pink honey brow glue. Wish I read reviews first because it BURNS. I can use anythingggg in my skin and have never had an issue. I do not have sensitive skin at all and yet this burns. And leaves little blisters around my eyebrows. The skin around my brows are red raw and so so sore. I’m so sad because it does hold them in place but it’s not worth the pain it’s caused. For everyone else’s sake PH please please please test this further. There is many many reviews stating this very same thing. It can’t be safe. I’d advise anyone to avoid.
