PIKOLINOS Anmeldelser

Resto perfecto

Bought a pair on the high street and were so cute but the sole got holes after only a few months and many cracks. When ever the road was wet my feet would get soaked because of the cracks and holes. They were so beautiful though so I ordered a different style but directly from the website. They lasted about 10 wears and again I have holes and cracks!??? I’ve never had shoes do this. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and zero response. The price is way too high for shoes that only last 1-2 months. Extremely poor customer service. There just isn’t any service to rate.

I have bought both Pikolino sandals and boots for years. Every year I buy an extra pair (to replace older sandals/boots). I have loved them for years. Bought some more sandals this year and they were great.

However, I bought a pair of Pikolino Vigo boots online. They have just arrived. They quality is poor and the fit is nothing like my previous sizes. I have always bought the same size. I see that they are now made in China.

Sadly, I will never buy another pair of Pikolino boots again. I would always get positive comments when wearing my quality leather (old) Pikolino boots.

I am packing them up to return them. Sooooo disappointed.

I now have 5 pairs of Pikolinos sandals. I love them, they are so comfortable and I always get complements when I wear them. Ordering on line is easy and their delivery was as advertised. I'd highly recommend!
