Actually I like this store, I made a purchase at Dubai Mall. A good store with a decent selection of men's close. I can find everything what I need, basics clothes and more casual clothes. The quality is generally good, the materials are pleasent, clothes fit well.

Hard shell luggage looks good but is poor quality and lacks durability.

I bought a three piece set. After two trips, one corner wheel mount on the large suitcase failed, due to poor reinforcement/flimsy shell. Quite obviously a manufacturing fault, not damage or fair wear and tear.

After contacting customer service, they dismissed my warranty claim as the warranty limitations, essentially dismiss everything, rendering it 10 years of bullshit not an actual guarantee.

DO NOT BUY a Pierre Cardin soft shell suitcase.

I bought a large suitcase and a cabin bag. After using the large case on my third trip overseas, the zipper split and my contents had begun coming out onto the turnstile. Also my cabin bag - the lock is stuck in the locked position and can’t be locked.
I sent photos to admin who reported back that the suitcases were damaged by airport handlers. My cabin bag was handled by me. Don’t understand how the zipper can split open unless it’s faulty. Very disappointed as they are fairly new. If they had been used on 10 overseas trips, I would be more accepting of the decision. Don’t trust these suitcases and would never recommend them.

De laatste jaren heb ik 4 jeansbroeken van Pierre Cardin gekocht, en ze zijn allemaal veel te snel gescheurd / kapot gegaan. Ze zaten zeker goed, maar de kwaliteit is echt ondermaats. De broeken zijn niet goedkoop en sowieso dus veel te duur voor de slechte kwaliteit. Ten zeerste af te raden.

After one day my short look like is 5 years old. Terrible quality. I have a picture. I buy this 30 juli.

One of the supports came off in just 1 use. Will not recommend at all!

Commande d’une valise à 130€ en septembre, jamais reçue ! Et surtout, aucun retour à mes multiples mails, honteux !

Valise Pierre Cardin en superbe état avec une livraison en 72h. La valise Orion avec son coté brillant est vraiment ma préférée.

La housse intérieure de ma valise Pierre Cardin (modèle Orion) s'est déchirée dès la première utilisation, les coutures, la matière et les fermetures éclairs sont de très mauvaises qualités. Je suis très déçue de cette marque.

I had purchased a leather belt from pierrecardin Dubai ( ibn batuta ) , In few months it got worn out and started to get cuts , and cuts where the buckle goes in ... I visited the same store and gave a review ( taking and showing them the belt ) in store . The gentleman there took my phone but I never got call from the store manager ( as promised)

Commande d’une valise passée le 29/10/2024. En transit le lendemain et soit disant confiée à DPD. DPD n’a jamais été en possession du colis. Aucune nouvelles, les deux numéros de téléphone sont inactifs, personne ne répond, de même pour les mails. Évidemment, j’ai été prélevée immédiatement le 30 septembre. Une véritable escroquerie. Je vais contacter la DGCCRF au vu des autres avis.

J'ai acheté un set de 3 valises Sirrah. Dès le premier voyage les valises soutes étaient bien cabossés. Au deuxième voyage la roue s'est détachée. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Après avoir attendu la livraison de ma valise pendant 11 jours (au lieu des 2-4 jours annoncés lors de la commande), la valise reçue n'est pas de la bonne couleur (bleu marine au lieu de champagne). Il n'y a pas d'abonné au numéro indiqué "maison Pierre Cardin", et le numéro SAV est une boite vocale avec un message enregistre qui ne répond jamais. On attendait autre chose de cette enseigne de renom. Quelle honte monsieur Cardin.

J'ai acheté 2 lots de valises Orion avec garantie 2 ans. Valises cassées dès le 1er voyage. Cassées de partout. Franchement n'achetez jamais ces valises. Et le service client qui ne répond pas.
Le comble c'est qu'ils ont mis en description, valise en polycarbonate. C'est du ABS bas de gamme. S'il y avait possibilité de mettre des photos, je le ferai.

The company reacted really well when I reported a minor problem with my Pierre Cardin suitcase. I live in Melbourne so I was able to drop the case back to their head office, and it was fixed in 10 minutes flat! It shows the benefit of registering your purchase for the warranty. The case is great too.

J'ai acheté une valise grand volume, dont une roue s'est cassée dès le premier usage. J'ai largement respecté les limites de poids. J'ai contacté le service client afin de faire appel à la "garantie 2 ans". Après deux moi et une relance, je n'ai toujours aucun retour.

Absolutely trash product. Bought this bag 9 days ago and it has multiple rips all over.

Would not recommend.
Would recommend duty free airports who sell this brand to get rid of them.
Cheap made product

I'am using a handbag,a dark black one,for my experience excellent brand for leather products! I have been using a wallet,handbag,boxers of this brand for over 5 years, its unbelievable stable and cool,remarkable handwork design!

Useless and expensive products. I purchased shoes later on when I use first instance it was very slippery and they refused to return. Staff is rude and non professional
