Phpjabbers Anmeldelser

Hi,

Just one advice keep yourself away from this website, i bought a php script for rental cars from them, after a while a new version has been released, the first version has many features missed, i ask him i need to update to latest version they replied me : (if you want to use the new version you have to buy it).

I was very surprised and their support is sucks and they will take to much time for replying to your ticket.

I leave their website and that script for a good.

Please before buy anything from them, ask them every single question about the support and update and support after purchased any product from them.

I am using Food Delivery script - all features are great and work without a problem. Really the best one I could find. Besides, I got a 40% discount so the price I paid was excellent!
Maybe a Wordpress plugin to connect this one to our website admin page would be nice, but it works great anyway :)

Congratulations for the great work!

"The scripts are very easy to use and install and the support service is the best I have ever come across!
Great company and great people. Thanks."

The scripts run very slow. And the features are not well thought though. Take the Survey Script for example. When ever an organization conducts a survey, it is reasonable to assume that they will want to analyze the results of the survey, and share the data collected. A simple Report screen with an export to CSV (or xls) option would have been adequate. Instead, there is no way get the data collected out of the program. All you can do is look at it on screen, one survey, one page at a time. This is total useless. Most (if not all) of their scripts look very good, but good looking is all they are. They deserve an "A+" for UI/UX design. But an "F" for usability and functionality. And beware of the for hire customizations. Because you can never actually speak to a live person to explain exactly what you want, you will likely find yourself caught up in an endless cycle explanations and clarifications via email that can go on for weeks.

I've used PHPJabbers many times and have purchased many of their scripts. The scripts themselves are very reasonably priced and generally do the job pretty well. I have found the odd bug with some of their old scripts, but they have always been quick to fix them for me. I have never been charged an additional fee for this. Communication and tech support is always speedy, and you generally have a response within a few hours at most.

I have also in the past asked them to undertake some minor custom development to enhance the functionality of the base script. Again, this has always been done at a very reasonable cost and the turnaround time has been very fast.

These aren't cutting edge scripts, but they do what they say, and they do it pretty well without bloat. Would happily recommend to others.

Great low cost scripts that are simple to use with amazing customer support.

I just quote this, cause I hink this is like the maximum that I can write without beeing overwhelmed by enthousiasm :)))

We are a Hotel consultivo firm located in Mexico, we have a great experiencia to PHPjabbers, we recommended products

I worked with Phpjabbers now for more than a year to customize their Timeslot Booking script to our needs. I have to say that i was really impressed. Whatever I requested they delivered as discussed and on time. 20 years of IT and I hardly had such a good IT project.

PHPJabbers build excellent PHP software so start with. But their support team is what exceeds expectations completely.

On AffiBank we needed a system that could manage a huge newsletter base, the help desk and the knolwedge base, all from one place.
We also needed these to integrate on our site.

After reviewing competitors we landed on their website and were impressed with the amount of useful PHP scripts whose neutral look integrates in almost any website you can think of.

On AffiBank.com, you can see their knowledgebase, support tickets and their newsletter in action. All integrating greatly on site.

In the case of the newsletter system, keep in mind that we have thousands of affiliates to keep in touch with.
Their PHP newsletter script is very stable and strongly built. It manages Affibank's newsletter without any issue. It does the job perfectly and there are no monthly charges.

In sum, the best quaity & price relation one can find today.

Awesome plugins. Awesome support. And awesome customer service.

Support were able to help me and a colleague out by producing a quote for some additional features. This meant that we didn't have to try and get our heads around how the plugin worked and were able to deliver the updated version straight to our client.

Would recommend.

Very very pleased with the work these guys have done to my script. They have achieved a lot and been totally professional and worked until all was perfect. These people are trustworthy so do not worry about giving access to your servers.

keep up the good work

Top class code, excellent mvc framework. East to modify for our needs. Brilliant support team, fast response.
We'll be back for more.

The best Development Company I have worked with. The best in its nich.I salute you guys

Haven't been disappointed yet. I've purchased several products along with having custom scripts made. Service tickets have always been quick to get a response. Great service so far.

I needed only one line of code to justify my rating. As simple as it follows.

A company that calculates an extraction of a VAT rate value from a product price with this formula on their script:
Tax = (netprice * tax_rate) / 100

Hilarious to say the least.

Moreover that’s tremendously incorrect. This tells pretty much everything about how much they know what they are doing.

Regards to all, and as they say “Thanks for making business.” - Ohhhhhh yeahhhh

I didn't buy anything yet from a seller. I found many scripts having a lack of mandatory validations while tested. Sometimes to find what you need you need to combine functionality of a few scripts. I would rate many of their scripts are basic which will require additional work. Customer support is very slow to reply. Chat window which appears on their web never works.

I have purchased several products from PHPJabbers. I have also had them to write customized scripts for me. IN ALL CASES, I was very satisfied with the results. If I had to sum up the overall experience that I have had with these guys, I would have to characterize it as “Excellence With Class”!! In my book, they are second to none. ‘nough said…

I use 5 of the scripts on a permanent basis and a few others more intermittently on our non-profit website and I love them all. The scripts are easy to install and use, and with a little extra knowledge they're not too hard to modify to seamlessly integrate into your website. I always look at them first for new needs as they arise, and I'm sure I'll be getting more as we expand our online capabilities.
