Lost my gasket. Phlox replaced it in super quick time and the jug’s good as new. Great response. Great product!

Hi lamps,
Thanks so much for leaving this feedback!
Best wishes,
Ana
I have replaced this gasket twice now and I still get leaks. The system looks nice, but mine is leaked from the time I bought it. They keep saying someone is going to contact me no one he has, well only via email, but that doesn’t solve the problem

Hi there,
Thank you for your positive feedback, this is very much appreciated!

The gasket is great when it fits properly as the replacement one does, the original didn’t fit properly from the outset, so maybe this item needs a tweak.
