So bad experience they are taking so much time

I bought a phone 4 months ago. Phone house Doetinchem. The sailor propose me a glass protection. First i didn't want because 25 euros for a plastic film, i found expensive. So he told, you can't compare with Action. They sell not a good film and our is very good. With that you have the security for your glass...blablabla.So i trust him. After 4 months the film start to go on a corner.i went back to show. The answer was no garanty after one month. So i spent 600 euros and my husband the same.Result they lost 2 customer.

Good afternoon, I am contacting you because I have made a payment of £27.99 to start a plan with Tesco Mobile through Phone House. I have had the worst experience making a transaction for a new phone online. I have all the evidence available from the beginning, before going to file a complaint, I want to tell you what happened.
I started talking to a lady called Anna, and she told me that I had to pay £28 to start the plan, and then I would pay £45 a month for a Samsung 24 Ultra. At first, I didn't trust her because she asked me for the card number and the 3 CVV numbers. In the end, she sent me a link with an application to pay so I wouldn't give her any information, and then I agreed to do it that way. I sent everything through the app and she told me that it didn't work because my Revolut bank is not available to make this type of transaction. I explained to her that I could create a Monzo account and then we would do everything. The Monzo card arrives and we start doing everything. She asks me for my address, I tell her, and she also asks me how long I have been living at this address I tell her 1 year and she asks me for the address I lived at before, I also tell her and we start the process. I make the payment and I get a confirmation that a phone number has been sent to my old address, I tell them that I don't live there and that they have to send it to my current address, but in the end, they don't want to help me, they tell me that my bank address is that address, and I had just opened the account with the current address, all lies, then she doesn't answer me and someone else gets in touch with me. In the end, I go to pick up the phone and when I open it, to my surprise, they have sent me an Apple iPhone 12. The next day they contact me and tell me that I have to go return it to the post office at an address they provide me with. I sent and paid for the order for said phone and they told me that the next day I would receive the other phone. The next day another person contacted me and told me that to receive my phone I had to make a payment of £30, otherwise I wouldn't receive anything. I am already distressed and not very happy, I tell him that I don't want to continue with this and that they should give me my money back. He told me that if I didn't want to do the paperwork, then goodbye, and I have never been able to speak to him again. I contacted the other person and they told me that they would return my money in a day. I have not been able to speak to this second person either and no one is returning my money or responding to me. I have not done anything. They made a mistake and have allowed me to find myself in this situation, so I want a solution. I have evidence of everything, photos of the phone they sent me photos of the return payment, and the entire WhatsApp conversation with the three different numbers. I can send it all. Thank you.

Nieuwe telefoon gekocht bij Phone House in Bovenkarspel. Logisch dat er prijsverschil is bij aanbieders op Internet en een fysieke winkel. Maar het verschil is wel erg groot. Medewerkers hebben mij prima geholpen in de winkel. Alle bestanden overgezet naar mijn nieuw aangeschafte Samsung A55. Hopelijk kunnen de twee medewerkers tegen (opbouwende) kritiek: Iets vriendelijker en wat minder kortaf tegen de klant. En nadat ik zelf een toestel had uitgekozen misschien even wat doorvragen b.v. of je 128 GB of 256 GB wilt. Natuurlijk kun je dit zelf aangeven maar zelf heb ik er weinig verstand van en ook niet meer één van de jongste. (71). Ook verder niet gesprken over garantie. Als je onwetende klanten iets meer vraagt en vertelt zou hebben had ik 5 sterren gegeven.

Goede service, humor en klantvriendelijk! Medewerkers geven niet op, totdat het probleem is opgelost!

Vandaag zeer slecht behandeld bij Phone House in Rijssen.
Mike kon mij als klant niet respectvol behandelen nadat mijn aankoop anders uitviel dan beloofd.
De collega van Mike probeerde echt zijn best te doen,maar het gedrag van Mike was zeer klantonvriendelijk en zonder respect.
Hoop dat zijn humeur morgen beter is dan vandaag!

LLevo 10 días esperando que me llegue un pedido remitido desde francia (una batería de móvil).
Al hacer el seguimiento, me dice que desde el día 12 el pedido está recibido y eso no es así.
No hay forma de contactar con ellos. Se pasan la pelota y les envío correos y no me contestan a ninguno.
NO COMPREIS EN ESTA WEB.

Thay phone me and ask do I need a new phone I said yes. Thay said fantastic what phone I need I said Samsung s24. Then thay said I have to pay 45 pound I said no then I hang up then thay phone me back thay will put 45 pound in my account in a min it wos in my account he said that will pay for the despatch on my phone. Day after he text me to put the money back in and said the phone will be delivered at 651 741 on Saturday. Put it did not come I text them got no reply thay are scammer

We zijn heel goed geholpen door Ted van Phone House in Heemskerk.
Alles is voor ons overgezet van de oude, naar de nieuwe iPhone. En alles goed uitgelegd. Geweldig

Guys got scammed by these guys avoid them at all costs.

This Company should not be allowed to trade, they are scammers.
I ordered Galaxy S24 Ultra paid £30, i received Iphone 12, was asked to send back, which i did and paid £8.95 which was supposed to be refunded, never got.
I was asked to pay £30 again byt wouldnt until my previous £30 was refunded.
I had to start a new application. I had money in bank and authorised it but said didnt go through.
I was then told my credit score was bad why i got the Iphone 12, which it is not.
The customer service is appalling, and they are all con people just after getting money.
I have had to cancel my card as they have all my details.
Please do not use them is all i can say.
I will never use these again and where ever i can will leave reviews like this or speak about them to who ever will listen

Absolute con artists, I ordered galaxy24 ultra on tesco mobile and paid the 39.99 upfront cost, they sent me I phone 15, I pointed out the error, they told me to send it to a specific address and they will send out the galaxy.....meanwhile I spoke to Tesco who have assured me it is a scam and not to send it back to them, tesco will collect it themselves, the funny thing is they actually gave me my 40 quid back before I rumbled them!!! 🤣🤣🤣 they might be fraudsters but there not very good ones.
