De Phone house in Steenwijk is al jarenlang een rots in de branding op telefoon en providers gebied.
Vandaag kwamen we voor een overstap en wederom worden we fantastisch geholpen. Zonder meer een aanrader!

Buonasera, negozio da evitare se avete problemi con il vostro cellulare. Bruttissima esperienza nella sede di la spezia presso il centro commerciale le terrazze. Pessima professionalità da parte del personale e negano tutto e non riconoscono nemmeno il loro materiale. Meglio andare altrove non da loro e fra l'altro prezzi esagerati.

Compré un móvil reacindicionado nuevo y al año dejó de funcionar. Lo llevé a reparar y me cobraban 321 euros porque había sufrido un cortocircuito por agua en el interior. Yo nunca he metido el móvil en agua y al tratarse de un iPhone se supone q algo de resistencia al agua tienen pero bueno. Cancelé el presupuesto y me trajeron el móvil. Lo llevé a reparar a otro sitio y me han comentado que le falta un chip a la pantalla y está todo mal soldado. La batería la volvieron a poner de mala manera. Tengo que comprar una pantalla nueva y una batería nueva, y a ver qué me dicen de la placa por las soldaduras que tiene. También lo mandé a reparar por phone house porque me dijeron que el envío era gratis, me traen el móvil y tuve que pagar 15 euros. Estafadores!!

Lamentable, nula disposición a ayudar a un cliente a 10 de octubre vía mail, que ha pagado durante un año por el seguro de un movil de alta gama, comprado también en Phone House, cumpliendo el día 2 de octubre la vigencia del mismo, y teniendo una incidencia el día 10, pero comunicando estar dispuesto a seguir pagando otro año de seguro aunque cueste más que el seguro de un coche.
Hablamos de 300 euros, no es broma.
SEGUROS PHONE HOUSE no tiene la mínima consideración con sus clientes, cero trato personal ni humano, se ciñen a protocolo.

The worst company I’ve delt with in 60 years…sent the wrong phone twice and accused me of not sending the second one back of which I had proof..finally a week later they admitted they had received it and promised to send the correct one…they didn’t along with an Apple Watch Series 7 and EarPod that they also promised….no apology no phone and called me a liar…they are also dumb as a plank…can’t write a coherent sentence and outright lie to their customers.They also refuse to send the two deposits I sent so are lying incompetent stupid thieves

Gisteren bij phonehouse Heemskerk een nieuwe telefoon gekocht. Ontzettend goed geholpen met het overzetten van alle gegevens van iPhone naar Android. Jelle had er een flinke klus aan. De volgende dag heeft tovenaar Ted ook nog mijn smartwatch kunnen koppelen. Jullie krijgen allemaal een 1O!!!

So bad experience they are taking so much time

I bought a phone 4 months ago. Phone house Doetinchem. The sailor propose me a glass protection. First i didn't want because 25 euros for a plastic film, i found expensive. So he told, you can't compare with Action. They sell not a good film and our is very good. With that you have the security for your glass...blablabla.So i trust him. After 4 months the film start to go on a corner.i went back to show. The answer was no garanty after one month. So i spent 600 euros and my husband the same.Result they lost 2 customer.

Good afternoon, I am contacting you because I have made a payment of £27.99 to start a plan with Tesco Mobile through Phone House. I have had the worst experience making a transaction for a new phone online. I have all the evidence available from the beginning, before going to file a complaint, I want to tell you what happened.
I started talking to a lady called Anna, and she told me that I had to pay £28 to start the plan, and then I would pay £45 a month for a Samsung 24 Ultra. At first, I didn't trust her because she asked me for the card number and the 3 CVV numbers. In the end, she sent me a link with an application to pay so I wouldn't give her any information, and then I agreed to do it that way. I sent everything through the app and she told me that it didn't work because my Revolut bank is not available to make this type of transaction. I explained to her that I could create a Monzo account and then we would do everything. The Monzo card arrives and we start doing everything. She asks me for my address, I tell her, and she also asks me how long I have been living at this address I tell her 1 year and she asks me for the address I lived at before, I also tell her and we start the process. I make the payment and I get a confirmation that a phone number has been sent to my old address, I tell them that I don't live there and that they have to send it to my current address, but in the end, they don't want to help me, they tell me that my bank address is that address, and I had just opened the account with the current address, all lies, then she doesn't answer me and someone else gets in touch with me. In the end, I go to pick up the phone and when I open it, to my surprise, they have sent me an Apple iPhone 12. The next day they contact me and tell me that I have to go return it to the post office at an address they provide me with. I sent and paid for the order for said phone and they told me that the next day I would receive the other phone. The next day another person contacted me and told me that to receive my phone I had to make a payment of £30, otherwise I wouldn't receive anything. I am already distressed and not very happy, I tell him that I don't want to continue with this and that they should give me my money back. He told me that if I didn't want to do the paperwork, then goodbye, and I have never been able to speak to him again. I contacted the other person and they told me that they would return my money in a day. I have not been able to speak to this second person either and no one is returning my money or responding to me. I have not done anything. They made a mistake and have allowed me to find myself in this situation, so I want a solution. I have evidence of everything, photos of the phone they sent me photos of the return payment, and the entire WhatsApp conversation with the three different numbers. I can send it all. Thank you.
