Scammers using a call centre and illegally obtained data. AVOID.

Onze puber wilde een screenprotector voor de telefoons. Een iPhone 12 en een Xiaomi 11t. Hebben ze gewoon €45 voor moeten betalen! Belachelijk! Gewoon 2 jongens opgelicht voor 2 screenprotectors van hooguit €10. Nooit naar toe gaan,dit zijn de grootste oplichters!

Nunca compréis en su marketplace, nunca.
Que pasen de todo y se desentiendan de todo porque es un marketplace y el que responde de los pedidos es el vendedor externo y no The Phone House se puede hasta darle un pase.
Pero que sean cómplices de fraudes y engaños para retener tu dinero, generar tráfico en su web y obtener tus datos no tiene perdón.
Dejan anuncios de artículos de precios muy bajos y después de aceptar los pedidos te los anular diciendo que hay una falta de sincronización. Lo gracioso es que después de cancelarte el pedido el precio sigue al precio bajo para que caigan más víctimas.
Lamentable marketplace, no lo uséis nunca y os ahorraréis muchos quebraderos de cabeza.

Scam company rang me 17 times today saying they're all different companies.
When I told them I was reporting them to the police, they called me all kinds of names.
Disgrace.
Absolute scum people.

As soon as I heard the accent I knew it was a scam. On my phone it came up as Coventry but when asked they said they were in London. I told the girl I was interested (I wasn't) so she put me through to another Indian to get my details. I purposely wasted their time for 15 minutes by giving them false details and enthusiasm😆. Eventually I revealed this to the bloke who then hung up. I did it in the name if all you honest folk. Its my new tactic now courtesy of Victor Meldrew.

Called me up out of the blue and wouldn't take no for an answer. I feel bad for the people on the other end but I hung up.

Il giorno 20 luglio 2023 mi sono recata per la seconda volta nel vostro negozio PHONE HOUSE sito in La Spezia presso il centro commerciale Le Terrazze dopo la riparazione/sostituzione del vetro del mio cellulare Realme avvenuta nel mese di giugno 2023 per avere chiarimenti e richiedere di revisionare il lavoro effettuato in quanto il giorno prima un vostro addetto sempre presso il vostro centro faceva notare che il vetro si era alzato ed era stato incollato male ed era integro solo andava via lo schermo ad ogni telefonata invitandomi a ripassare il pomeriggio successivo perché c'era l'addetto che aveva effettuato la sostituzione ciò avviene con i seguenti risultati:
_ commesso anziano che lo ha riparato del quale non conosco il nome arrogante e maleducato nel rispondere e ammettere il suo cattivo lavoro come precisato il giorno prima dal collega
_ fornendo informazioni differenti sulla garanzia del lavoro effettuato
_ ammettendo all'inizio il proprio errore poi ci ripensa e consiglia di tenere premuto in alto il vetro così ricompare lo schermo
_ poi si scocciandosi delle mie domande sul perché si è scollato lo lancia sul tavolo dicendo che devo ripagare perché la garanzia non esiste su i vostri interventi

Risultato il danno visto i pessimi lavori e consigli è peggiorato il vetro si è venato così grazie al vostro dipendente incapace maleducato e arrogante ho il tefonino rotto

Mi chiedo adesso cosa devo fare dopo aver gettato soldi per incapacità professionale del vostro dipendente

Confido nella vostra serietà aziendale e rimango in attesa di un vostro riscontro nel più breve tempo possibile

had them ring me was clearly a scam wasnt interested in the phone so he asked if I had a roof, which was a little weird lol.

This company is a scam company, They will steal your personal data. They then go to a phone company like Virgin and take out a phone pretending to be you. They set up the phone and contract in your name. They also set up a DD using your bank account.

When the phone is delivered they call you and tell you that you received the wrong phone and then they ask you to send it to them via Royal Mail, collection.

They achieve this scam by setting up a fictitious email and signing a contract on your behalf.

They phoned multiple times.

Tell your vulnerable relatives never give personal details over the phone. When in doubt hang up and phone the approved retailer with the correct phone number.

Do not send the phone back to them.

You need to report it to the Police and action fraud.

You need to return the phone to the correct mobile company and advise them you have been scammed.

Do a credit check with ClearScore to ensure they have not used your personal details for anything else.

Phone your bank and stop the Direct Debit.

You can also use CIFAS, who will alert you when any credit is taken out in your name.

Annoying Indian Call Centre (respectfully). I’m not sure how they’ve obtained my number, I’ve removed myself from the sales lists. I was greeted as Sir and I can assure you I’m a laddddyy 😵‍💫.No but seriously, whatever they’re “selling” I don’t need/want.

13 Juli'23, Een medewerkster van Phone house Hoogvliet heeft voor mij gedaan, wat provider Ben had behoren te doen. Mijn mobiel weer aan gekregen. Dank je wel medewerkster van Phone House Hoogvliet, ik vind het echt geweldig.

Over the past few months, I have used PhoneHouse twice.
They are a really honest business to work with, delivered my order quickly, and are always very helpful if you have any query.
Without a doubt, I'd give them my highest recommendation.

Complete scam from start to finish tried asking for bank details then sent a whattsApp asking for my card so I naturally sent them a picture of my hairy bum.

Don't answer but like me I guess you did and this is where it lead you.

It's an Indian call center, where oh where will all this end people profiting from misery?

Son unos sinvergüenzas, he comprado en la web un móvil en noviembre del 2022 y funciona mal, lo he enviado a phone house para repararlo ya que está en garantía, los muy sinvergüenzas me dicen que la reparación no entra en garantía y me pasan un presupuesto que vale más que el móvil. Tengo que decir que ni se ha caído, ni mojado no expuesto a nada que pueda perjudicar el móvil, está impecable porque además de ser nuevo lo he cuidado, pero va mal. Así que mi experiencia es muy negativa, no cesare de dar opiniones al respecto por aquí y todas las redes sociales que pueda, además de poner denuncia en la omic.
