Wow!
Wow! My session with Phillip Hanlon was amazing. I feel quite emotional as I write this, having had fear of flying for over 30 years. I would need to take a high dose of Diazepam (10mg) just to get on the plane.
That intense fear and anxiety has now gone after one timeline session and hypnotherapy session with Phillip.
I am so grateful that I can now travel without taking diazepam and without fear, especially as I have to travel on a regular basis.

Full of possibility for the future
Phill helped me get rid of some negative emotions that were holding me back. Phill's calm, confident and compassionate approach was just what I needed in helping me to achieve my goals for our session. Hypnotherapy for birthing
Hypnotherapy for birthing - July. What a great experience. I came to Phill in the hopes he could help me feel calm during the birth of my first child. During my final scan I was told that my baby would be born 10lbs and of course I started to panic and cry. I had an hours session with Phill who installed the feelings of calm, determination and self belief. The following day I went into Labour and was able to give birth feeling calm and in control, believing that I could get through the pain. This mind set shocked my partner who has seen the state I was in the previous day. Following the birth of my son I have felt calm during the long nights of baby crying and I have believe in my capability as a mother. This hypnotherapy has given me the best start at being a first time mum. All the panic and uncertainty that I had previously had has disappeared and I have been able to enjoy the first few months with my son. Thankyou Phill!!

Phill has so much patience and insight
Phill has so much patience and insight. I went to him to try a type of hypnotherapy that was recommended to me, one I hadn't previously experienced. He is so attentive, and he put me at ease. I had a great experience of hypnosis and am so looking forward to my next session! Thanks Phill!
