Ordered a jacket from them as offered 24hr delivery (extra cost), was informed it had been dispatched, checked tracking the next day and it hadn't been dispatched. Contacted them and they confirmed it hadn't despite saying it had. Hence it would be delayed and not arrive on time and so cancelled the order. Not good customer service.

Purchased several items as Christmas gifts. Unfortunately a coat was too small. I reordered a larger size and sent the original item back for refund. Correct size coat tracked and arrived in 48 hours.
Will recommend retailer to others as 5 star.
