Having bought bin liners from PM&S in the past, this time around I found the description re quantity very vague and somewhat misleading. I thought I had bought 240 but had in fact only bought 120 - so a good value for money purchase became a very expensive one. The only good thing is that they refunded the monies (net of their postage costs) quickly. In summary - look closely at wording before you buy.

Philipmorrisdirect.co.uk are a great company to do business with! A good range of stock with many attractive sales prices. Barbour shirts are generally heavier - great for the cooler months? Easy to order and quick delivery. Recommend going up a size - I found that my normal size in a 'tailored fit' was not as loose as I would normally like.

I’m thrilled with the recent purchase of my waxed Barbour jacket. It is a perfect fit, stylish, well made and excellent value for money. Can wait to wear it.

I bought a pair of size11 Chelsea boots from their online store. Boots arrived in a timely fashion and they looked great. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit and initially I thought they sent a size 10 in error. I called the company and was told that their size 11 is an EU size 45 which in reality is a UK 10.5. I then had to tried the boots at my own expense.
If you are considering buying footwear from this company, check the sizing beforehand.

My order arrived fine and on the surface of it they seem like a great company to deal with. Just do not expect good customer service when things go wrong.
I had a minor fault with a Schoffel coat and returned it as it was still under guarantee.
I expected it to be repaired and returned but it was sent back to Schoffel and destroyed without my consent.
I was initially made aware that the item could be destroyed for credit purposes but this was done without giving me the opportunity to request its return.
Furthermore they were not able to offer a replacement, maybe a little initiative and communication on their part would have prevented this.
I know it sounds silly but I had grown very fond of said coat and this has left a bitter taste.
