Delivered the wrong item to me. Refused to pay for return postage and arrange exchange for correct item. Manager would not talk to me. Money grabbing company with little regard for customer service. I’m out of pocket and they lost my money for this and any future purchases🤷‍♂️ Really clever of you Phillip Morris Direct.

I've not actually received my order yet but I'm so impressed I wanted to get a review done in case I forget.
I'd never come across them before until I was in the market for a wine coloured scarf and matching bobble hat. Due research showed a Barbour set was for sale everywhere for £54.95.
Now, I, like everyone else, works hard for my money and I'm always on the lookout for a discount of some sort. I could not find a price reduction anywhere until I came across Philip Morris. They had a discount on and the price was £10 cheaper. I thought I would be stung for postage but no, I could either get free postage (another on site offer) or 10% off my first order. I chose the free postage and am awaiting my order now.
I got an email this morning (item was ordered last night) to say my parcel is in the hands of the RM and my tracking number was provided.
THAT is what you call good customer service. Because of this experience, I will 100% shop with them again.

I was looking for a warm winter coat that could withstand our weather and keep me dry throughout.
There was a good choice of these on the website and the prices are very competitive. Having chosen my coat it was delivered promptly keeping me informed of the progress throughout. I’m very pleased with my purchase and won’t hesitate to return to Philip Morris for future purchases.

After placing my first order with this company I sent an Email querying why they advertised a discount and a free gift when they had no facility to apply for both when you check out. Customer care reply came back quickly saying they were unable to combine multiple promotions and if I no longer wished to proceed with my order they would ensure a refund. I was hoping for a reply saying they would make sure their wording in the catalogue would clearly state in future you could only have one or the other. I was pleased I decided to receive my order as the items I received are all good quality and also reasonably priced.
