I have had the same experience as the reviewer below.

I had been a regular customer for 5+ years without any problems.

In the last two months I have tried to place an order numerous times using several bank cards and bitcoin, but none have gone through.

I've contacted Pharmacy Geoff by email and through their online chat and received no response.

I don't know what is going on but please fix it and reply to customer enquiries!

I ordered yesterday as I've used their sister company years ago and had no problem. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as most of the negative reviewers I read only had 1 review in total so thought they could be fake.

Lo and behold, today I received the same message about technical problems processing my card and to make payment via transfer or BTC.

"Sorry to inform that we are unable to process your order by credit card due to some technical problem with our payment system. Therefore, we have below alternative payment methods for you to consider for this order.

1. International Bank wire transfer.
2. Bit Coin Payment (can be purchased using a credit/debit card).

Do NOT send this company money via transfer or BTC. You will never see your product or money again. Also, do not put a real DOB in when they ask you. It is not required for authorisation on any payment, ever.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I was a little wary about using pharmacy geoff after reading bad reviews on here. I received the email after giving my card details to say I needed to make an international bank transfer - which I then did - and a few weeks later I received my order. Excellent communication from the company throughout (email updates, order tracking etc.). Don't hesitate to use them, they are legit! Thanks, Grace

Hi I have been using for about 6 years never had an issue. I am super-cautious and have always felt confident in the company and their products.

I have placed nine orders with Geoff over 4 years.
All have arrived, intact, with varying delivery times. My latest arrived this afternoon, having been placed over a month ago, slightly longer than usual.
I have no reason to think they are scamming in any way. However, as with all overseas online purchases, I use a card that deliberately has a small limit, so any large purchases by others would be rejected. It's nothing to do with distrust of Geoff, just common internet sense. I'm a happy Geoff customer.

I created an account hoping to order tretinoin around 1 week ago. I attempted to order twice using different cards and both times my payment was rejected due to the same apparent ‘technical error’ a lot of people have referred to. It was clear I wouldn’t be able to complete my purchase without wiring the funds or purchasing using bitcoin.

I must admit, I read the negative AND positive trustpilot reviews prior to ordering but took a chance. HOWEVER - I made sure to use a new, random password which had no similarity to any of my other personal passwords as a precaution. Well, thank god I did!!!! Last night, I received an email from an anonymous email account under the name Jessika Qin; the email was titled with THE SAME RANDOM PASSWORD I used for pharmacy geoff.

Miss Qin claimed to have uncovered and used my password to access my other personal accounts including facebook, had twinned my laptop screen and recorded me pleasuring myself to pornography and threatened to release the apparent footage to the entirety of my contact list if I did not transfer $1900 via a bitcoin address. Of course, this was complete and utter b***sh** as the password has no affiliation to any of my accounts in addition to the fact no such self-pleasuring took place lol and my computer is impenetrable, but nevertheless, the fact I’ve received such a blackmailing email is shocking and disgusting.

I urge everyone to avoid this website and avoid giving over any personal information, especially passwords and card details (I have since cancelled the cards used).

Paid by credit card then received an email to say that they couldn't accept my card payment and wanted a money wire instead. I asked them to remove my credit card details from their system, they said they had. Within a week of this my bank texted me to say that there was suspicious activity on my card and my credit card had to be cancelled and a new card sent to me. This is the only purchase I had made on this card, this purchase with this company, so you can draw your own conclusions from that. Beware! I was swayed by the good reviews on here to purchase but I ended up having exactly the identical bad experience as another reviewer who I had chose to ignore.

Excellent company, have been ordering from them for 9 years now, never had any problems.

I am going to make this objective, rather than tell you whether they are good/bad. This is what you should expect when you order:

You will be taken to a checkout page where the only option to pay is by card (no Paypal etc.). You get to select delivery, the cheapest of which is standard Air Mail (7-14 days): the company is therefore not UK based despite the 'UK' in the name and the UK contact number provided (I have not tried calling it). This isn't uncommon, you get the same on eBay where the location is 'UK' and turns out it's actually Hong Kong but because the seller has a couple square metres of space somewhere in the UK they can 'lie'.

You will then pay, or so you are led to believe. You are asked for your date of birth along with your card details (I would highly recommend you lie here). This could mean two things:

a) they want to check you are old enough to purchase the product. Given that the pharmacy is technically making illegal sales (prescription-only meds without prescription) this doesn't seem extremely believable

b) they want your information to 'authenticate' your card details if they wish to use them fraudulently

This takes me to the final stage of 'payment'. Your order is confirmed, however later in the day you will receive an email indicating there was an issue with payment (look this up; virtually everyone gets this email). They then ask you to pay in bitcoin or bank transfer. It is quite clear this is deliberately set up this way, so that the initial card thing is only a front.

This strikes me as very fishy, and to me heavily suggests the whole card thing is there with the only purpose of getting your card, name, address, phone number and date of birth -- which is a fair amount of information they could combine to scam you if they wished.

I am not going to claim they are scammers because I don't have hard evidence for it, and some people on the internet claim the company is clean (as much as an online non-certified pharmacy can be), however this was enough for me to steer clear. I've reordered a bank card as a precaution, feel a bit silly in retrospect.

Anyhow, if you plan to order, you should expect the above scenario.

I don’t understand the negative reviews at all. I love pharmacy Geoff. Brilliant company and safe, reliable medication. I suspect the company are being targeted by jealous mainstream retailers. Basically pharmacy Geoff sell a lot of medication but not by its brand name so it will be cheaper. If you know what you’re looking for and know the chemist names of the medications you’ll know what I’m talking about. :) keep trading PG! Wouldn’t be without you!

I can’t understand why they want your date of birth to make payment.

I have to alter my rating, (and this has nothing to do with the adverse reaction from a number of people, because it was a truthful report), but there has been a new development on the account, one I was not expecting, but a very nice surprise. pharmacygeoff (or the account holder they use for banking) has refunded the money they had stolen from my account.
I cannot give higher than the 3 stars because it was not accompanied by an apology. And as I explained, they (or, or the person in charge of ‘public relations’) had responded to my report with the comment ‘you will not get your order or a refund’ and despite my many emails, there was not a peep in return, so it wasn’t as if they were not aware of the problem .
Anyhow, I am certainly pleased with the response (even though I have a sneaky feeling that had I not made the complaint publicly, there would have been no refund).
So, to all the people who practically accused me of lying, I just hope it doesn’t happen to you!

Like others here have noted, completely astounded with the negative reviews. Ive been ordering from PG for almost 6 years now, I do recall with one of my first orders there was an issue with their payment system being down, but I buy with a debit card which I purposely only ever have small amounts of £ in so never been too worried. Nevertheless, PG have always delivered, my last few orders came within 10days! Products always as listed on the website, I would recommend PG to anyone! Irene S

I don't understand or in some cases believe the bad reviews below. I've bought generic and branded meds several times a year from Pharmacy Geoff UK for well over 10 years and I've never had any problem whatsoever. Thoroughly trust and recommend PG-UK.

SCAM
You will not receive your order and it is not refundable!

After dealing with the company for 3 or4 years, not massive orders, about £180 3 or 4 times a year, mainly with no problems (they did once take a couple of hundred without any order or goods but bank refunded that transaction). This time on 3rd Aug 2018 I placed an order for £304.00 - with no goods arriving. I have sent emails and phoned them but no replies at all.
I won’t get my bank to refund this time as they can see I have dealt with them in the past. These are drugs I need for my health and can’t afford to lose the money.
Will not be using this company again.

As you can see from the reply below, they are admitting that they have received my order and payment, but are not going to honour the transaction.
Anyone know where to let people know they are scammers and warm

This is an email I got this morning after making an order on pharmacygeoffuk website and giving my credit card details including date of birth requested by them( I gave them.a fake date of course). This seem fraudulent. Unfortunately I have made the order before reading other people's review online. I have now asked my bank to block the credit card and issue me a new one.

I ordered from them yesterday, put in my card details only to be told I'd need to pay by bank transfer to Bulgaria, followed the bank transfer instructions only for my bank to charge me £25 to make an international bank transfer! Lesson learned and won't be ordering from them again. Just hope I actually get the products, will review again when I don't receive them.
