I haven't received my order if I wanted my money I wouldn't have bought the product..I would like to have the product I purchased

I ordered two neck braces
I ordered two neck braces. They processed the order. your company sent me notifications that our order had been shipped.
You then contacted me and said we are processing your credit.
I contacted the company left a message and said what has happened when I really want this product.
Nobody returned my call.
Waiting for my credit card statement to see if I have a credit, but I'm very disappointed with the service. Somebody could've notified me that the product wasn't available. I'm not sure what happened.

Avoid this site
recently placed an order with Pharmacy 24 and was very disappointed with the experience. The website did not show the shipping cost until after I had already completed the order, which felt misleading and not at all transparent.
Immediately after seeing the final charge, I emailed to cancel the order and also tried calling their customer service. Unfortunately, no one responded to my email, and my calls went unanswered. Despite my immediate cancellation request, the order was still shipped out with no communication from them at all.
Overall, my experience felt unprofessional and lacking in transparency. I hope the company improves its communication and checkout process, because customers should be able to see all fees upfront and expect timely support.

Package never made it to me even though…
Package never made it to me even though I put the correct mailing address. When I reached out to them and LinkedIn we had back and forth conversation about my package arriving as they had said that it had been delivered but I have a camera in the camera never showed anybody to deliver my package so they sent the package back. The last update that I have is that it's been delivered to Surrey,BC. I also noticed that I have not heard anything on the follow up of where my package is and when it will be delivered. I'm going to request a refund

This company is a scam. Buyer beware! They took my money and didn't send any product. They don't answer their phones or email. Even when a dispute was initiated, they didn't bother replying and stretched out the process further. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM WEBSITE.
