I placed an order a month ago, and still haven't received any of it, then I log in to my account, and it says its fulfilled the order!? This is a blatant lie!

I have emailed support 3 times already, but you know this Kiri, because you've responded to me, where's my order?

Excellent service and goods arrived quickly.

Terrible postage I ordered it late evening on Wednesday and realised that I obviously wouldn’t get it Thursday but needed it quickly as my cat was ill- consequently I paid for 24hours delivery and it didn’t arrived on Friday (so I emailed the team. They did refund the postage payment but I then expected in to arrived Saturday and it didn’t so had to email again and it finally arrived on Monday. Not great customer service having to chase via email with no number to ring when a pet is sick and it is needed urgently.
Actually product once arrived seem good but only use it a couple of times.

I have had many deliveries from Pets Purest and my dog loves all the products I have purchased for him. So much so he can’t wait for me to open the box and runs off with a bag of treats. 🐾 The prices are reasonable too.

Easy to use website, fast shipping and great 100% meat treats and healthy supplements I've placed a second order and will continue to order more.

Originally found the products on Amazon. Prefer to order directly from a company when possible and was not disappointed by the service. Quick and accurate delivery. Good quality products. My pup loves the beef jerky and the chicken treats.

I recently purchased a whole lot of treats for my dog from petspurest which she loves! The prices are so reasonable and the staff are wonder and were able to help with a problem I had with my order in a speedy time. I will be ordering again.

The wrong product was delivered and still not heard back having sent 3 emails over 5 days and not even an acknowledgment back.

*Edit* After leaving this review, I have received the refund for the missing items.

My recent delivery was incomplete. I paid for five bags of the turkey treats and only received 1. I sent a message to them via their website, emailed and even sent a message through messenger. NOT heard anything back. Shame.

Things were sorted in the end

My cat had hard poo and once needed an enema which traumatised him. Stomach used to growl horribly. Bought Digestion Pro and poo normal and no growling guts. Much happier cat as well.

This shop has great products with an ethical & natural ethos.
Costing is perfect. Delivery is in excellent time. Love this shop

Following a problem I had with an order, I contacted Pet's Purest customer support who were excellent, and resolved the issue immediately. On top of this excellent customer support, the quality of the products are the best available. If you want the best for your dog, you will not find anything better than pet's purest.

I have cancelled twice any repeat orders and still Petpyrest is taking money from my bank and sending products I do not want. They have not responded to emails or have a contact number to speak with them. I am highly disappointed with these actions. Next step to report this to my bank and get them taking money from my account. Really fed up.

Only recently bought this product but after only a few applications I have noticed a difference nicer breath and cleaner teeth So already impressed with this product My staffy Chloe is not usually keen on me brushing her teeth But using this spray is so much easier and not so stressful for her or me

I ordered an item on the 20th of December and I still have not received it, I have emailed the company but have had no reply.

Update - 5th January item arrived.
