Had a front door and bathroom window fitted. The guy who fitted it was great and friendly the whole experience with Peterborough doors was very good.

Service has been great from Andy’s quote to installation. The fitter, Gareth, is very personable, hardworking and takes pride in his work - he cleaned up after himself very well too. I would highly recommend as the quality of the product is excellent. The door is even better than I had imagined.

We had an old, draughty PVC door replaced with one of their modern composites. The team is incredible. No more cold spots, and the multi-point lock feels incredibly secure. 5-star product and service received for my recent PVCdoor installation—it’s made a massive difference to our hallway temperature. Peterborough did a fantastic job. The quality of the windows is outstanding. The woodwork, glass and painting are all excellent. They are installers also did a superb job: quiet, tidy, on-time, courteous and diligent. Overall, I am very happy with both the workmanship and the process. Generally, a top-class company. Purchased some double glazing windows for my home in Peterborough. Outstanding service, really good price, fantastic workmanship

Paid deposit and ordered door for “supply and fit” on 22nd January.
Door never fitted or supplied and deposit not returned. Poor.

We recently had replacement double glazing from Peterborough Doors. Very reliable company. Extremely affordable and quality products.
We had many quotes from replacement windows and doors however choose Andy as we really liked him.

We had Andy round for a quote after another firm quoted extortionate prices. Andy said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the frames just new glass as a few of ours had blown and we did need a new back door. That was my request. He could have quoted for replacement windows, he didn't. That saved us a fortune. The two guys that came to replace all the windows did a first class job. I'm not sure why he's getting bad reviews as we couldn't fault him, his team or the windows. Just brilliant!!

Agree with 'Michelle's' review, although at least they responded to Michelle.....with me, they just ignored multiple telephone calls, e-mails, their own website response system and a registered letter. They badly installed the wrong flashing, left me with a hole in my roof, badly fitted the guttering such that it warped in the sun and snapped the holding brackets, etc., etc. I still have a hole in my roof and will be taking them to court as a next step.

If i could leave zero stars i would! Terrible Service. Andy the owner/director is not to be trusted. He quotes one price then when you agree he changes the price. We had to have all our windows replaced again because he told us we would get one grade of glass but gave us a cheap one hoping we wouldn't notice. Some of the windows whistle when the wind blows. There was damage to the frames which still have not been rectified. 10 months later and the work is still not complete. He gives pathetic excuses & lies. I’m amazed this company is still going as his skills are as rubbish as the materials he uses. Avoid people. Go elsewhere! If you have a problem with the work he has done he become aggressive, argumentative and rude. He is not about aftercare and customer service so give your money to someone more reliable.

Fast and reliable service. We had an issue with the first install , but then it was 12 separate areas. They cam eback within 24hours and quickly resolved the issue. Very happy. Good local firm!
