I visited Spain in July and got several painful Mosquito bites.
On my return I purchased a pack of bands,bracelets, a bottle of spray a relief pen.
I returned to the same place in Spain for a week in August.
I wore one band on my wrist and one on my ankle & also used the spray a bit.
All I can say is they were amazing - I didn’t get bitten once.
I was sceptical and thought they might be a bit pricey but they were worth every penny and I have enough for my next couple of holidays.

Love this product. Used for two holidays so far and not a single bite! Would 100% recommend

Don’t buy these expecting a completely bite-free experience. My daughter-in-law was bitten so many time on her legs, despite wearing a bracelet on her ankle. The rest of our party were still bitten but probably less so than in previous years.

We had these recommend to us we have used them in Thailand we have had a good result we have had a bite on the ankle for one of us the other was using a band around the ankle had has not had a bite Thailand is well known and people are recommended to buy there spray out here and I had this on the ankle I was bitten on so still no guarantee overall we are pleased

This is my third time ordering the repellent spray which had been working very well for me and my daughter. So this review isn't for the product but for the customer service.

I put one star due to the bad customer service provided. The option to chat online is really poor. It's been an hour since I gave them my order number to track because I've been waiting since Wednesday morning (it's now Monday evening) for a shipping confirmation (which they said would be within two days of ordering).
I sent an email to their support email address, but no reply. There's really no other way to get in touch with them. It's annoying to pay over £13 for the repellent spray and have nothing to show for it. I am not sure I will want to order from Pestects again after this experience. That's a shame

I really wanted to like these, especially because they use natural ingredients, but unfortunately they just haven’t worked for me.

This is now the third holiday where I’ve used them and the third holiday where I’ve been bitten. During my current trip to Mexico, I’ve been changing the bands regularly, wearing one on my wrist and one on my ankle, and keeping them on consistently throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, despite doing this, I’ve still been bitten quite a lot. I’ve also been out in jungle conditions on trips here in Mexico, where I’ve been bitten particularly badly — even while wearing both bands.

I genuinely wanted these to work because I’d much rather use a natural alternative, but based on my experience, they simply don’t cut the mustard compared with other repellents I’ve used previously.

Hopefully the company will take this feedback on board and look at the formulation or effectiveness of the product, because I’d really like to see a natural repellent that genuinely works.

Unfortunately, for me, these just haven’t done the job.

These have been a god send . My partner in particular was bitten a lot when we travelled abroad but wearing these bracelets . Putting a fresh one every night have been fabulous . The choice of colour is great and they are so easy to put on . Will use all the time when travelling

We starting using the bands around 18 months ago & 3 holidays abroad later, we wouldn’t be without them. Prior to this, I would get bitten on every single holiday & they have been amazing! I was once bitten so badly & by a mosquito that was infected so I had a terrible allergic reaction & all my eyes & face swelled up so I had to go to hospital for intravenous antihistamine. I have recommended them to all my friends & family & would never leave for the airport without them. Another plus factor is the brilliant colour choice that you can match to any outfit they just blend in perfectly! Needless to say I will be buying them again or topping up the existing bands with the spray. Great value too, there’s nothing negative to say they are just brill!

We ordered these because we walk along the Basingstoke canal they have worked really well so far very pleased as I usually get bitten a lot
taking to the Canaries next hoping they work as well...the bands slip on well too I have tiny wrists and they fit husband and mine

Just didn’t work - got bitten to bits whilst wearing these. Shame because I was really hoping hey would work. Won’t be buying again.

Well they did not work at all. I actually got bitten more than normal. I rarely get bitten with my normal brand.
We have never used them before.
I liked the look of them. Good marketing tactics, absolute rubbish product.
In fact we got bites around the bands.
We will definitely stick to what we no, the incognito brand.
They look good that’s about it.
Don’t waste your money.

I was given one of your mosquito repellent bands by a family member during my holiday and would love to leave you a review.

I am normally the first to be bitten and come home from any holiday itchy and covered in bites. I have just been to Greece for ten days and not ONE bite, I am converted and will be buying these for every holiday now on. I also love the family pack option!

Excellent item, returned from 2 weeks in Florida and not one bite, I’m normally bitten alive on my legs. Wore the bracelet on my wrist and changed it half way through the holiday as I’d been in and out of the pool.
Definitely recommend this product

Boughth a packet of these insect/mosquito repellent bracelets for my trip to Mexico and Xcaret. I wore one on each wrist and one on each ankle. We were swimming in the water a lot then walking around the park. I never took them off, even at night going out to cocktails and dinner. I never got bitten once, not even around the horses or at the tropical bird park. They work I will buy again. Nice bright colours and silver.

They simply do not work
My wife has been wearing 1 on each ankle and one on her wrist and is covered in insect bites.
Waste of money. Buy a proven insect repellant spray instead

We wore these bracelets and my partner was bitten several times by horseflies just above the bracelets so clearly dont work

These look great and are easy to wear (plastic colourful ones) and it’s nice not to have to spray. I usually always get bitten. First 3 days (Spain) I didn’t get a single bite however on the last few days I got several bites on my lower legs and thigh, despite changing them. I wore one on my ankle and one on my wrist. I would use them again in combination with a spray (deet) especially if going to an area where mosquito bites are serious or in the evenings.

Great product, that actually works!

Absolutely the best repellent bracelet on the market. I've used these at least the past 4 holidays in Turkyie and they are brilliant. They look nice too like plated leather. I've never had a single bite since buying them. If you keep them properly stored they last too.

Second year of using these after my usual much loved spray stopped working on me. I find them effective when they are first taken out of the packet, for maybe 2-3 days then the effect wears off. I bought the spray to revitalise them but still got bitten (the spray doesn't smell anything like the bracelets). So when people ask me do they work, I say they help, but I still get bitten, just not so much. (I always wear 2 as well, one on my wrist one on my ankle).
