Outstanding service
This is the second time i have used the services of PTK for remortgaging purposes. The service received is second to none. Its hassle free and takes the stress out of visiting a bank. Neil is very friendly and knowledgeable and explains everything in lament terms. I would highly recommend there services and i will certainly be using them in the future.

Fantastic personal service
My husband and I recently met with Neil after a recommendation from a friend to discuss life and critical illness cover. I got in contact with PKT after a work…
I got in contact with PKT after a work colleague/friend recommended them. After the initial visit, I was very impressed. Staff looked after us and were very thorough from start to finish. I felt that I was in good hands and were given impartial advice.

Excellent from start to finish
Our experience with Neil and the team was excellent. Over a couple of meetings everything was explained fully in simple terms. The remortgaging was hassle free from start to finish. We will definitely be recommending Personal Touch Kent to friends and will be using again in the future.

Excellent & Friendly Service!
I have been using Neil and his team at Personal Touch Kent for the last four years now. Neil originally found my mortgage for me when I was buying my first home. I have now successfully and happily re-mortgaged twice since then with PTK and cannot recommend them enough! Excellent service across the board! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I was quite nervous about dealing with a financial adviser for the first time as I thought I would be blinded by stats and figures, but my adviser Neil Bohen was excellent. He really explained everything clearly and concisely and made me comfortable with the options available to me. He made the process so streamlined.
I would definitely recommend Personal Touch Kent to friend and family, a great service.
Plus they have a gorgeous dog too!
