The received product did not correspond to the description- it was much larger than it was supposed to, yet it was labeled with the size I had requested.

Quite a few emails going back-and-forth about one piece of uniform that is no longer in stock in child’s size. They didn’t explain clearly that the manufacturer had ceased to trade, the school had to explain. Kept me waiting one month before revealing the stock was no longer available and have not yet found a a replacement supplier.

I could not be more frustrated and dissatisfied with the company (one star feels very generous!).
After two years of reluctantly using this company for my son’s school uniform I have experienced a staggering number of issues. This has included four occasions of receiving the wrong item or the wrong size (I’m still waiting for Perry to get my last order right which was placed 1 month ago). The quality and consistency of sizing is shocking e.g. jumpers and shorts that are too tight, but other items in the same size fitting fine. The trousers do not last with holes appearing on the knees within 2 weeks. Finally the sizing is a minefield with the website requiring measurements in inches but the clothing themselves having labels for years.
I’m sure this company would not be able to get away with proving such appalling service and poor quality clothes if they were anything other than a school uniform company that parents were forced to use. Avoid this company if you possibly can!

Great service and ordering/refund process - all very easy. However the sizing is not all consistent so makes multiple orders necessary which is frustrating.

Order completed at the beginning of September, good arrived in October. That just does t work.

Good customer service, but quality is not the best, with no natural fabrics and very expensive.also they do change designs often making clothes outdated.
Unfortunately there is very little choice as you have to stick to what the school picks.

Very bad and cheap quality and looks not certified or authentic

Inconsistent sizing, awful quality and ridiculous prices. This company is taking advantage of the fact parents must order their awful uniform items at an outrageous price. A disgrace.

Poor quality clothes, don't hold up well in the wash. Way overpriced for basics. Sizing is completely off and drastically different for every item. Avoid if you can, though unfortunately items with our school logo I am stuck

Very helpful on the phone for the order and it all arrived on time

The shorts were not in stock however were delivered as promised in October.
The school is made aware so that one load off your mind.
Delivery has never been great with Perry’s uniform- they don’t ring the door bell or knock. Parcels are left on door steps and behind cars.

It was an incredibly long wait. The item took three months to be delivered.

Brilliant Quality uniform with excellent customer service

Just the worst website design ever, and terrible overpriced products. The worst.

Ordered a school jumper size 30 and the next size up 38. 30 was really short and small and the 38 was massive. Why no sizes inbetween!
