Terrible customer service experience
I was offered a 25% discount for a first order. When I added the discount code it only applied 5% off. I called to ask for help and was told to place the order and they would take off the 25% manually and I would be refunded. I called after placing the order and they said they were unable to take off the full discount so I refunded my order but I was stuck having to pay the $12 flex fee that flex won't refund. I wouldn't have placed my order if I knew that I would still be stuck paying this fee. Customer service is very unhelpful.

I had to submit login in info 3 times…
I had to submit login in info 3 times to set up account on iPhone, Then my cart went empty. Had to go back in and reorder …
THEN my new login wasn’t working…. Had to resign up…
