The fact that Eileen returned my call…
The fact that Eileen returned my call immediately is what she always does. I am so happy with the creams she recommends because they work perfectly with my skin type and concerns. When we are on the phone, she makes me feel as if I am her only customer. Eileen and your creams will keep me returning. Thank you.

I had a great experience with customer service
The woman that helped me out was beyond courteous and nice. And I appreciate that in today society we don't come across that kind of attitude. Everyday. She told me that she was going to send me info so that the next time I order I can just call them directly in order which I really really liked and she said they have special freebies. And who doesn't like a freebie.

its all about customer service...
I placed an order and there was an offer of 2 free products that i thought were included, but they dropped off the order, so i called and the CS person was like oh well too bad we cant add it. no offer of any help whatsoever. sigh. Sometimes its the little things that put your company over the rest. She was very unhelpful.
***edit to original review***
Their customer service reached out to me and offered me a discount off my next purchase, which i thought was nice. I have edited the stars on my review to reflect their concern and intention to make it better.
