I recently visited the Chesterfield, MO outlets perfumes4U store. Dee Dee, the assistant manager, greeted me and guided me to fragrances similar to ones I told her I used and liked. I ended up purchasing the Claude Marsal, La Melodie at a very reasonable price. My wife loves the scent and the way Dee Dee made me feel welcome will ensure we visit again!

DeeDee was incredibly helpful and had a ton of knowledge about many types of smell goods. Check her out.

They are fake. The store at the Clarksburg outlet sold a fake perfume to me !!!! so disappointed!!! it is a fake MISS DIOR PARFUN. now they are refusing to give me back my money. what can we do 90 dollars to the drain!!!! Clarksburg outlet Perfumes 4U or

you just sold a fake perfum to my husband!!!! so disappointed!!! it is a fake burberry (the beat) he bought it at the sawgrass in florida and brought it to chicago, now what can we do???? 100 dollars to the drain!!!!

We were at the store and the manager showed us the Claude marsal parfum.
The tester smelled really good so we bought two of them and when we opened the box the parfum do no smell the same, last less than 2 hrs, and on top the bottle is also such a cheap plastic quality as if they got it from china. Chutiya store won't recommend anyone going there.

The service was good but the prices were high! When I went home checkEd online and I could get the same exact smell and size perfume for $34.00 at Walmart.com and I was charged $49.50! I wish I would of done my research first! Definitely not a discount store.

I actually work for Claude the perfume that they are selling everyone at their stores this is actually the cologne that they push on you first when you come to their stores, beware it is a fake. What they do is buy one real bottle as the tester and that is the one they spray on you to make you feel like you are getting the same thing. I actually bought a few bottles of other colognes from three of their locations as well and they are all fakes. Beware I have been in the cologne industry for 32 years.

All their feedback is saved comments just copy/pasted to the replies, done by the marketing with no personal feedback. BEWARE: Claude Marsal, Duccio Paolini, Absolute, Sofia Belluci, Gerard Monet, among other perfumes/colognes are company-owned - the ones they push over designer brands. The sales are rip-offs as the prices are slightly increased to have a 'sale' on a particular brand - all their brands! Don't waste your time and money of water-downed knockoffs. All bottles are purchased on Alibaba or DHGate making them cheap glass and plastic tops. Go to Macys, Nordstorms even Ulta for designer parfums.

I went to the Oshawa,ON location on September 16th, I didn't even really have intentions of buying a perfume that day but I saw the store and I went inside because I thought I should just buy one while I'm out shopping. Ended up buying Claude Marsal Le Melodie and a CK all. And guess what? ITS FAKE!!! I EVEN CHECKED IT WITH PEOPLE AT DIFFERENT PERFUME STORES!!! THE ONE THAT I TRIED AT THE STORE STILL HAD THE FRAGRANCE ON MY COLLAR TILL NEXT DAY AND THE ONE THAT I BOUGHT WONT EVEN LAST LONGER THAN COUPLE HOURS. I LIVE IN TORONTO AND DON'T WANT TO SPEND MY TIME GOING BACK TO OSHAWA FOR PEOPLE WHO WONT EVEN ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE. My friend who actually suggest the Claude Marsal confirmed the same by just using it for once and opening and closing the top of the bottle, mind you he's a Fragrance freak and has 100s of perfumes. I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE/COMPANY AND WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS WELL.

Before I begin let me state I was NOT paid or influenced in any way for this review. I bought products from the store with my own money and this is my personal opinion on the experience. I visited the store at the outlet mall in Winnipeg - the service was excellent. Heather was very quite helpful and patient with me introducing me to perfumes and scents I had not considered before. She was also very professional and knowledgeable describing each scent and mentioning the top, middle and base notes. Additionally, she gave me the time I needed to make up my mind. One perfume she suggested and I was unsure of, she sprayed it on my arm again and told me if I was not happy with it by the time I got home to return it unopened/sealed with the receipt - she would happily exchange it for another one I found more suitable- I did not have to return it as I really enjoyed the scent on my arm as the day progressed into the night. After reading the comments most customers seemed upset because they were not allowed to return the perfume they bought - I was quite happy to have the option of returning a product I changed my mind about. I think if the exact product bought ( people buy fake products online, keep the original they bought at a reputable dealer and try to return the fake to the store) is unopened and returned with a original receipt within a few days of purchase is acceptable. I bought 2 bottles earlier in the week and have no regrets and have been back since and got another bottle. If I could offer a recommendation though it would be to be able to buy smaller sample sizes as spraying it on in the store once is not enough in my opinion to have a good idea if how a fragrance performs on individual body chemistry over time - I would rather spend a small amount and have a sample size I can apply over a short period of time before I make up my mind to spend money on a good quality perfume especially from a little known or unknown brand. I will definitely visit them again if and when next I need perfumes for myself or as a gift.

Purchased 2 bottles, wasted money, not worth the brand ie. Claude Marsal, I guess it's Chinese duplicate product.

I tested the perfume sample in store was good, but what I took home, the purchased one was duplicate or expired. NO SMELL AT ALL got FAKE product. Guys plz be careful.

Please note, they never tell you they have No refund policy until you pay full amount and than you DiISCOVER they stamp the receipt with red stamp saying NO REFUND.

I THINK THIS IS BIG TRAP FOR CANADIANS TO LOOSE THIER HARD EARNED MONEY.

On Saturday I went into the store at San Marcos Outlet Mall in TX. I was immediately helped by Danny. He provided excellent customer service, was very knowledgeable on all the perfume brands. He gave me some good suggestions and excellent deal. I ended up buying 2 bottle of perfume and I'm very happy with the product, price, and customer service. Also, they only sell GENUINE brands instead of the knock-offs. I would recommend them to anybody.

I went in knowing what I want and bought it along with two others choices because Gino is knowledgeable on the products and blends that he can cater fragrances to your liking. So you know what they say “how can you sell shoes if your barefoot” Gino is not barefooted by any means! He can definitely tell you the blends that will spark interest on what you’re used to and open up your senses to other blend to fit you likes. So I can speak all honesty if you visit the northbend store see Gino he’ll do you justice.

BE WARNED!!!! I was looking for a anniversary gift for my wife and thought Perfumes 4 U at the Phoenix Premium Outlet would have reasonable prices. Turns out that they charge 2-3 times as much as all of the other perfume stores for the exact same perfumes and have a NO REFUND policy, or replacement with gift card. I was unable to receive the help I needed and after much time I decided on the Calvin Klein Obsession 3.4oz for $65. After leaving the store I checked online for prices and found it was running $18.17- $21.50 at a dozen other stores. I went back and the manager informed me of their policy, that I would have to exchange within 7 days, but was unable to receive a refund or gift card.

When I asked for help to exchange the manager was totally worthless as a sales person. She said, "what does your wife wear". I said I needed help choosing a scent. Her response was, "well what do you like". She was totally unable to offer any common professional advice. As I was shopping another shopper came in and asked the price for a specific perfume and said to her freind that it was more expensive there.

Do not waste your time and money shopping where they offer no courtesy or professional help to overpay for perfume. I asked to speak with her manager and was given a card to their corporate office that only goes to voice mail. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It’s a scam! I will never go back there and will make sure nobody I know steps foot at any of these stores.
The salesperson sold us perfumes we had never heard of saying they were top of the line; I heard different people getting different prices from the staff and nobody mentioned anything to us about a NO RETURN policy. I feel cheated.
