Extremely Helpful Sales Rep
I was at the Functional Aging Institute Summit in Los Angeles and visited the Perform Better Booth at IDEA World. Gerard Griffey assisted me in my purchase. He was really nice and explaining I live in Hawaii and have to take an item on the plane (I purchased the VIPR Pro 8kg), he assured me he would find the box so I could take the item with me on the plane. When he could not locate the box, he personally wrapped the item in cardboard, ensuring it was protected from baggage handling. Upon arriving home, the item was not damaged due to the care in wrapping the item. I appreciate him because he took extra time to help me.

Wish you had lighter weight tubing with handles for rehab. Some people need VERY little. They can't handle much resistance at all, especially post surgery or injury
