A BIG FAT "F" They owe me over $800 and now their phone is temporally down. What a joke. This is straight out THEFT!!
I purchased a 2 sway bar's, one didn't quite fit and the other they didn't have in stock. I found this out when I was attempting to return the other sway bar. So, I paid another $50 to return the sway bar. It was received by "Brandon" according to UPS tracking. I Spoke with "Fred" on 8/13/26. Fred told me to email Claireatperformanceonlinedotcom. I have twice in the past 30 days. crickets......
Bottom line, this company is still selling parts online with ZERO customer service or $$$ returns.
This is straight out THEFT!

Horrible company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a power brake booster and master cylinder assembly from them on July 13th. The item still had not shipped on July 23rd, so I called to see what was going on. Told some of the items were on back order and wouldn't be available for several weeks. I told them to cancel my order, and refund my payment. A week later I called and checked on the status, and was told the order had been canceled and they would initiate a refund again. I have called several times now, and emailed as suggested, but still no refund. No refund in July, August or September. I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau on September 4th, and they can not get a response from the company either. I will now have to battle my credit card company, with hopes of getting my $734 dollars back. Terrible company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Should be 0 stars. These people have robbed me of $1300.00. Placed an order and cant get any info. Its been 3 months. No responses to emails, no one answers the phone. Do not use this company. At this point they seem like crooks!

This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I requested a return on August 31, 2026, and as of today, September 14, I am still waiting for return approval — 13 DAYS LATER!

I have sent multiple emails asking for an update and have received NO RESPONSE. Not even the courtesy of an email telling me what is going on.

They had no problem taking my money, but now that I need to return the item, they apparently can't be bothered to respond or process the return.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!

I should not have to chase a company repeatedly just to get a response about returning an item and getting my money back. This is not how a legitimate, customer-focused business should operate.

DO NOT ORDER YOUR PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY! There are plenty of other companies that actually value their customers, answer emails, process returns, and stand behind what they sell.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I will NEVER order from this company again, and based on this experience, I strongly recommend that others think twice before giving them a dime.

Ordered some engine mounts on March 9th 2026 that were showing as in stock, after multiple emails (often with no reply) they arrived early August 2026. They are an absolute shower of sh*( and I would recommend avoiding them at all costs!

Wow...I wish I would've read all of these terrible reviews before I ordered anything!! I placed an order on April 2nd 2026 for a brake booster/master cylinder kit for a 59 Chevy truck. Weeks went by and nothing. Called and after what seemed like hours someone finally answered. I was told they were waiting on the bracket. More weeks go by and nothing. Called again and after 45 minutes or so someone answered. Same story...waiting on something. Fast forward to July 2026...called AGAIN and never got an answer. Tried the chat on the website and got a response. The master cylinder (Willwood) was on backorder. We can ship what we have, and we'll refund the cost of the master cylinder ($305), and you can just order it from Summit. I said OK...believe it or not I actually received most of the kit. I ordered the master from Summit. This company is an absolute JOKE!!! Now I'm fighting to get my $305 refunded. No answer on the phone it just rings for an hour or goes to a voicemail that nobody response too. I was told to send emails today...and will prob never get a response. I'm realizing that I will never see that refund!! How are these A holes still in business??? Can we all get a lawsuit going or something?? DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY...SAVE YOUR SANITY!!!!!!

Ordered a disc brake conversion for my '62 Corvette. Buyer beware with this company!! Package was never shipped. Zero communication from the company, and after requesting a refund, I still have not received that after a month of initially placing the order. Very shady company to say the least. Stay away from them at all costs. They'll attract you with very low prices but don't fulfill their orders or communicate any delays. Now I am left with disputing the charge as fraud with my credit card company. And to think they were recommended by another Corvette owner on Facebook.

Work customer service ever .almost two months and still no refund.keep getting told they will send to accounting dept.No body has ever answered in accounting when calling.have to go through bank to get refund on back order part.

Ordered parts 2 months still waiting. have to wait 45 minutes to talk to anyone just to get transferred to nobody. Their online help is just as bad. First they told me it shipped then it didn't and I'll receive an e-mail when it does ship. Now they won't respond to anything. What ever you're looking for you can find it elsewhere. better to pay more than get ripped off.

I ordered a disk brake conversion kit for my 1964 Buick Riviera on Dec 3 2025. It is now it is June 30th 2026.
I have E mailed numerous Time with a response of due to volume of E mails it will be 24 to 48 hrs for a reply. I also have called several times with them telling me that they are waiting on parts. I feel they do not want to honor the price that was quoted. Money was paid on Dec 3 2025.
These guys should be shut down. I have not asked for a refund because the price quoted was a good deal. I guess I will have to ask for a refund. My next action will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

My order was supposed to take 5 days maximum. It’s been more than 2 months that I’ve been waiting now. And radio silence from their team for the last month.

They haven’t responded back to my last 5 emails.

Feels like a scam and I’ve been ripped off.

Purchased series 800 power steering kit for 1957 Chevy truck. The new steering box is machined crooked for the pressure side hose and leak no matter what you do. I have been building g the truck from ground up and this was a last peice to install so the warrenty date has passed. However they sold me a defective part and should at least replace it.

Worst thing I ever done was ordered from this joke company hardly any response ordered stuff in January still haven't gotten anything finally asked for refund have yet to receive it either $725 plus $215 an nothing will never order from here again

Avoid this company do yourself a favor, I ordered a brake booster kit, waited a week for it to ship, I called to ask about it they said they were waiting on parts it would be 3 weeks possibly I asked for a refund they then told me it would be 15 days to process a refund, has to file a fraud charge with my bank to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable business!!!

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Said product would arrive by the 13th of March. I called they said sorry we're waiting on shocks. Waited 3 weeks called again was told ohh no we have the shocks were waiting on the brackets it will be several more weeks until they're done. I said i dont have months to wait for parts I want a refund. He said no problem it'll take atleast 15 business days until you get a refund. 20 minutes later I get a message saying from another person from sister company saying we have brackets but we dont make shocks in house. Like get your lies together. Will never deal with them again and would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your money here buy elsewhere and see all the other crappy reviews

These people are some jokers, save your time and money; shop somewhere else.

I placed a $500 order for a brake booster/Master Cylinder combo on December 20th (it’s now January 13th). It got to December 26th and I didn’t get any shipping info so I reached out. They emailed back and said they don’t have it in stock (website didn’t say that), that they’d get it on January 15th, and that they’d get me an update within 2 days.

It got to December 30th, heard nothing, so I sent an email requesting an update. They never answered me back. So I reached out again on January 7th; they again didn’t email me back. So I called them, sat on hold for 20 minutes, and now they’re saying they still don’t have the parts, and MAY get them in another two weeks (over a month since the order).

I’ll never order anything from these people again. What a joke.

Charged me but never sent anything but excuses. Rip off company.

Place order Sept 13 for over $2,500. Rec'd confirmation email. Nothing was ever shipped to my mechanic after 30 days. Called three times and each time was told they would get back with me, and of course that never happened. Called again today to cancel order, and was told I would receive a credit memo within 1-2 days. No apology offered for lateness of delivery or anything. Let's see if I actually receive a refund!

Bought a complete suspension kit. After less than a year, front springs had to be replaced at additional expense by me. My mechanic said that not only were the springs substandard, but had weakened to the point of the suspension hitting the tops of the shocks! Our car had become unsafe to drive. POL is POS!

Don’t order by POL they didn’t send your item witch your orderderd and no money back i’ve tou asked for refund.
