They arrived early.Trevor and Flinn did a very professional job and took away all packaging. im more than happy with the shutters.they look great and have transformed the whole house.Trevor and Flinn took about two and half hours to complete whole house very efficiently. Excellent from start to finish

Everything about the process was incredible. From the sales team to the surveyor, to the fitters and customer service. The whole company have gone above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them more.

Fitters (J… and J….) were speedy and efficient.

Can’t fault this company had shutters fitted 10 years ago and they are best thing we have purchased.Just had a new one fitted in bathroom as we have new bathroom it’s finished bathroom off perfectly.excellent customer service received.

Shutters ordered early summer, issues from start to finish.
Lack of communication was the biggest problem with staff promising call backs and updates but never did call back .
Finally date arranged for installation, that was following numerous emails and phone calls to agree the correct price - which changed numerous times along the way- two guys arrived, didn't have the complete shutter, end panels missing or not wide enough.
Return visit only one complete end panel and wanting to apply the other in two pieces.
Clearly this was not acceptable and they were told to rearrange when they had the correct materials available.
Further visit arranged, but will be between 830 am and 11 am advised no one home until 10 am - sorry not working in your area then ???
Further visit arranged, no show!!! No communication- extremely poor !!
Several phone calls later further visit arranged- finally complete- then they wonder why they're busy when it takes 4 appointments after waiting 6 months for installation !!!
Would not recommend this company - customer service is very poor

John and Trevor were very professional and did amazing job of my blinds would highly recommend this company.

Jamie b and Jake were polite and respected my home. The installation was very quick and they left everywhere tidy. Also, Jaime was always friendly and helpful . I would 100 percent recommend perfect shutters.

Trevor and John arrived and from start to finish were fantastic. They took the time to show me how the new shutters worked and answer my questions. They were both very courtesy and professional- I would certainly recommend again.

Perfect Shutters have been superb from start to finish.
The product range and price options were explained without any sales pressure in a no nonsense and practical way ensuring we chose shutters perfectly suiting our requirements. The surveyor was accurate and offered great advice for positioning and installation. The installation of shutters to a large bi- fold door and three large bay windows took little more than three hours. We couldn’t speak highly enough of the installers Danny and Tom. The quality of installation is top notch 10/10! They were also courteous and respectful of the property - cleaning up as they progressed and taking away all debris upon completion.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Perfect Shutters to anyone searching for blinds or shutters.
