My order got lost, no responsibilty from Peppy
My order got lost, they responded very late with the note that they have filled a claim. After that, I never heard from them. They do not respond to all the emails I have send them. Still no new order or money back. Complete silence! They do not take responsibilty at all.

Bad customer service
I have placed an order on the site, not knowing I would have to pay such high import fees to get my package in my country. The email I got from my courier said that if I didn’t want to pay this fee or have questions, I could contact the seller. I did and asksrd if I would be able to get a refund if I wouldn’t pay. I got the most unclear and uninterested response I’ve ever gotten from a store. Very little interest in giving me a proper explanation, just a weird rambled explanation about how I’d have to pay even more courier fees if I wouldn’t accept the import fees. There were no punctuation marks, which isn’t very helpful as someone whose first language isn’t English. I understand that I have to pay these fees, I was just hoping I could get an answer that would show they cared about their customer service. This I did not get. This might be a good site for residents of the of the UK and people who do not ask questions, but personally I’m not ordering here again. And I will tell people to try and find their products elsewhere.

I am a regular purchaser from this store and the one time I did have a problem with a faulty item, the matter was resolved after some to-ing and fro-ing, but it was satisfactorily resolved. I still regularly buy products and they have a good selection. My only gripe is I wish they would display their beads etc on a plain surface rather than on someone’s palm, as it is hard to see the items sometimes and the palm is a bit off putting.
