Fraudulent company
I ordered an anti-theft bag on 3/31 and still have not received it. Messaged the company and was sent a link to track the order but there was no activity showing it had shipped. A week after first message again saying there was no info showing my order had not shipped and if it hadn’t shipped they needed to cancel my order. It’s been almost a week and no reply from the company, no bag, and still a charge on my credit card. Called my cc company and filed a fraud complaint.

First let me say I checked this company's return policy before I ordered an item. When the item arrived it didn't work for me. I contact customer service for return instructions, after 2 more emails someone finally replied and told me I had to and I quote "To start the return, please send the bag to our facility in Netherlands. While we aim to make this process as simple as possible for you, please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility."
No where on the web site does it says they are based in Europe in fact they do state the shipments to Europe take longer than to the US.
AND they didn't even provide me with an address.
NEVER, EVER AGAIN.
If you aren't 100% sure what you order is PERFECT for you DO NOT order from Peeksta.

Stay away from this website. I have contacted them multiple times trying to discontinue my subscription and they do not respond. They do not respond to emails or live chat. Once you sign up and they have your info, they will keep billing!!! They downgraded my features for the same subscription without telling me. Very unethical company

Mein Eindruck von Peeksta ist leider nicht positiv. Nicht nur wurden meine Einstellungen ohne Vorwarnung zurückgesetzt, sondern auch die ständigen Fehlermeldungen machen selbst die Anmeldung unmöglich. Kurz nachdem ich mich angemeldet und bezahlt hatte, wurde ich erneut aufgefordert zu abonnieren und zu zahlen. Der Support blieb stumm, was die Frustration nur steigerte. Ich versuche verzweifelt, mein Konto und meine Zahlungsmethode zu entfernen, doch ohne Erfolg. Kann mir bitte jemand helfen, meine Daten zu löschen?
Diese Erfahrung mit Peeksta hat mich wirklich enttäuscht und meine Erwartungen an ihren Service stark herabgesetzt. Die fehlende Reaktion des Supports, die ständigen Fehlermeldungen und die Unmöglichkeit, meine Daten zu entfernen, haben meine Enttäuschung nur verstärkt.
Stay Away from Peeksta
It’s been over 9 days and they keep ghosting all emails. Unfortunately peeksta is absolutely NOT RELIABLE with paying to their affiliates. Few months ago I had to sent dozens emails and threaten to drop a negative review in my social media to get paid the payout they owed me.
At the end they paid but Peeksta still owe some money and getting it with useless irresponsive customer service is not easy.
At this point if you’re affiliate you should stay away from them. Services such as Minea or shop hunter pay more consistent and never scam you with poor customer service.
I won’t be going in details of functionality of peeksta as I stopped using & promoting it long time ago due to poor performance. Minea will give you 10x better result in finding products.
If you want to use Peeksta, don’t do it!!! Waste of money!
If you want to be affiliate for Peeksta, stay away! They have issues with paying your commission and replying on time.
I’ll see how it goes and if the issue will be solved. If not I have no choice but to drop more info in my IG & private telegram group.

I created an account and purchased a monthly membership. Two days after opening my account I attempted to log in and couldn’t. I reset my password multiple times and still wasn’t able to get in. Hours later there was a message on the sign in page explaining they were having issues and everyone experiencing issues should try to log in at a later time. I waited and still nothing so I contacted customer service. Customer service took days to respond and when they did they told me they would look into it. Fast forward serval days still wasn’t able to get into my account and they stopped replying to my emails entirely. I requested multiple times for me to be let into my account or for them to deactivate my account and no reply. Luckily I received an email from the subscription service email FastSpring and I was able to deactivate using the link in one of those emails and did not have to sign in. They charged me for two months while I was unable to sign in and I still haven’t heard back from anyone.

I recently experienced a deeply disappointing situation with Peeksta. Despite only signing up for a trial, I was shocked to find my account charged for a full subscription without any prior notice or consent. This unexpected charge was not a result of an upgrade or plan change on my part.
For weeks, I've attempted to resolve this issue through their customer service channels, only to be met with what feels like an absolute void of human interaction. It's as if there's no one on the other side.
This experience has been not only frustrating but also eye-opening. The lack of transparency with subscription charges and the ghost town that is their customer service department is alarming. It feels reminiscent of tactics you'd expect from a disingenuous YouTube guru rather than a reputable service provider.
To those considering Peeksta, I urge caution. What seems like a promising service at first glance can quickly turn into a frustrating entanglement of hidden charges and non-existent support.

DO NOT BUY PEEKSTA
We bought the 1-day trial for 1 dollar, but halfway through the trial, the monthly amount was already deducted. Now we're stuck with Peeksta for a month, and it's also working terribly. We can't log in anymore, and customer service doesn't respond to our emails. The program is also very poor. The products are not good and are old, store tracking is fake and based on absolutely nothing. All in all, this is a scam, and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

Biggest scam I have ever encountered. It gives you 0 benefit. You can't even make store templates because it says the product is invalid which I know it is not. Can't even make Facebook ads like their advertising said. And nothing will load!! You put in domains or generatings and literally it freezes on the loading page. DO NOT GET!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST WASTED SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY
