Aloe Vera dark brown mascara - very clumpy on first use but maybe it improves with use
Mineral eye shadow emerald green - surprised how little was in the tin but very vibrant colour when wet

Customer Service was great. I forgot to add an item to my basket, realised as soon as I checked out, and created a separate order.

Contacted customer services and spoke to Chloe. They merged my orders and refunded my delivery charge for 1 of the orders. They were very quick to respond, and were a pleasure to deal with.

I have not bought a product yet however I had a question I wanted answered before I committed to a purchase. Chloe got back to me very quickly, and really made the effort to find the information I was looking for. The customer service I experienced was excellent and it’s made me sure I want to buy the product I had a question about- just waiting til payday!

Poor customer service, poorly packaged products and expensive.
We all want to help the planet, but not at these prices.
Just a note here....I assume most folk place their laundry sheets/papers that you buy from this company in a cardboard box under the sink. Don't. The box is not made to withstand any moisture ( unlike those I got from the US) and the sheets stick together. Not the right sort of cardboard I would suggest. They had to go into a plastic container once here and I lost a good few to condensation under my sink with minus temps outside. So if I had to transfer to a plastic tub, surely this defeats the purpose of the cardboard box, or this company should look into alternative boxes for this type of product.
I did contact Customer Service about this issue, but they were rude and unhelpful.
So I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Lovely experience from start to finish. Great range of products at great prices and very quick delivery. I had a small issue with something that was cleared up quickly and professionally, the hallmark of a great company in my book. I have sensitive skin and the deodorants and soaps I bought were great, have just put in my second order I was so impressed.

Poor Product Description

I bought a washing up brush, when it arrived the packaging was marked "not suitable for glassware", this was not indicated on the website. I raised this with the company and asked for a refund to include the cost of postage to return it. I've been advised I will get a refund but not the postage costs. The company has updated the website to say customers should be "careful with washing glassware" - that's not what the packaging says.

I ordered this lavender eye bag on line on Thursday. It was a present for my 85 year old mother who lives in a care home. On Saturday morning she phoned to thank me for "the most lovely present". She could not have been more delighted with it.

The images Peace with the Wild show do not always correspond to the product you receive. For example Littles decaf coffee shows a picture of 100g jar but you receive a 50g jar which looks completely different to the one shown on the website. On a Google search for this particular coffee they came out as having one of the best prices for a shown 100g jar, so they hook people in with a great deal, then only to find that you have to spend a whopping £50 to get free delivery. Their other products are on the high side compared to other ethical websites. In short be careful and read the descriptions of products because they do not always match what they are showing. Very deceiving!! Beware! Also they have no good will policy and flatly refused to apologise or admit that they are in error quoting some buried clauses in their terms and conditions. Not at all a good service!

This was my first order from Peace with the Wild, which included toilet, bath and foodstuffs. Fairly priced.
It arrived in good time (despite Royal Mail disruptions) and extremely well packaged, all recyclable.
On the whole I’m extremely pleased with my purchases and will definitely be using again! Thank you!

Have ordered from Peace With The Wild quite a few times now and have never been disappointed! Everything comes really quickly and is packaged sustainably (and there is such a wide range of products to choose from).

I have bought a couple of times from this company. my favorite purchase was the Orange & Bergamot moisturiser. I do love it and the smell is absolutely great. I have also been curious about the Cardamom instant coffee but unfortunately, I have to say I really didn't like that. The flavour was really not my thing.

Anyway, in general I will probably buy again from them as they care about the environment and promote sustainability, so I'd really advise you to give it a try!

I brought a stone candle and it arrived with a small chip and a crack. I contacted the store and they quickly got back to me offering a sincere apology and they also passed on information to the packing team to ensure that this could be remedied in the future.

they immediately offered a replacement if I sent the item back (with a returns label they would send) . however i wanted to avoid wasting excessive fuel usage with multiple journeys so I asked for a different solution instead. William was able to offer me most of my money back in a voucher. I think this is a great way to compromise and keep a customer happy and also maintain future business.

I read the other reviews before ordering and so wasn't sure if I should order via Peace with the wild. However, everything arrived early, well packaged, sustainable materials, no issues. I would recommend using them and indeed will use Peace with the wild again too.

I absolutely love this company! I think that the prices for the quality and durability of the products is fantastic, and I love that there are so many options! No company is perfect, and so there will be carbon emissions somewhere, like getting their products delivered to their shop/warehouse in a petrol/diesel truck, but that just proves that it's extremely difficult to avoid creating carbon emissions, that no one is perfect, and that they're trying their best. I also like how they tick off each item on the receipt that comes with the product/s in the post, which proves that they're organised and committed to delivering great customer service. Hat's off to you guys, keep it up <3

Contacted customer service as I was missing three items, so they sent me a replacement, I then decided to return my parts of my order and they refused my refund for the return, made up all sort of lies about items being open and by unable to give refunds to items that are returned, even there policy says you can return items back

Avoid the Orange Toothpaste Tablets!

These are extremely delicate and turn to crumbs at the slightest pressure. Many arrived broken. Not sure what's gone wrong because my previous tables from a few months ago were really firm and needed to be chewed to break them down.

I did contact customer support, but in their initial reply, they just advised me to use the broken tablets! No offer of a replacement. The tablets aren't fit for purpose, and obviously can't handle the storage / transport conditions.

They used to be great. They seemed to care. Now, they're happy to sell products that contain methylisothiazolinone and describe those products as natural and free of chemicals.... And if you talk to the company about their misleading description, they simply don't care. Too bad. We'll shop directly with the manufacturers now.
