Shocking customer service with no replies
Item ordered 27th June. Still hasn't marked as dispatched despite delivery date being today at the latest. Emailed for update on 3rd with response saying we will take a look and get back to you. Chased again 6th with no response and still no update from original query on 3rd. Called and left voicemails for update but again no reply. This is for my wedding day which is fast approaching.
I have now had to raise with the bank for a refund as I am getting nowhere. Shame as I really do need this product and thought the company would be fine looking at reviews!

We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as this item was intended for your wedding.
Unfortunately, after you placed your order, our supplier unexpectedly ran out of stock of the colour you ordered and has still been unable to supply it. We also recognise that our communication fell below the standard we expect of ourselves. We should have kept you updated throughout and responded to your enquiries more promptly, and for that we sincerely apologise.
As we were unable to fulfil your order, we have now issued a full refund. We appreciate that this does not make up for the inconvenience or the time you've spent waiting, especially given the importance of the occasion.
We are genuinely sorry we were unable to provide the product you needed and wish you all the very best for your wedding.

Paul Andrew Barnett is a 62 year old…
Sold item not as described. No where did it say invisitip extensions on his website or confirmation etc, I ordered standard nano bonds. I did not want invisitips. Colour was also not accurate for jet black. Paul’s hair world has stolen from my family. I have so much proof of this. He’s tried to manipulate me to closing my PayPal case in order to refund me, as he knows once you close a case you cannot re open. NEVER CLOSE A CASE IF HE ASKS YOU TO. He received his return back signed for and tracked. Tried pretending to refund but the value shows 0 and it’s through PayPal so it’s definitely not been refunded. PayPal assured me over and over that refunds do come through with open disputes. Avoid at all costs. I have a million screenshots of evidence. If you’re worried about buying from Paul. Message me first to see the proof of what sort of man he is. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM. He has escalated it to a court case and I’ve provided all information on o prove no matter he says is false. He sold products not as described and is annoyed PayPal sided with me on that front even though I couldn’t return the wrong opened pack due to his guidelines.

We are disappointed that this review continues to contain serious allegations which we categorically dispute.
The order consisted of three packs of hair extensions. Following delivery, the customer advised that the shade of black and the updated manufacturer fitting type were not what was expected. The customer confirmed that one pack had been opened and requested permission to return the remaining two unopened packs.
A PayPal dispute alleging non-delivery was resolved in our favour after delivery evidence was provided. The matter was subsequently referred to PayPal again in relation to the return.
PayPal ultimately issued a refund for the full order. However, only two unopened packs were returned to us and one opened pack was retained by the customer.
We categorically deny the allegation that Paul's Hair World has "stolen" from the customer. Our position is that the customer retained one opened pack of hair extensions while receiving a refund for the full order.
County Court proceedings have now been issued to recover the value of the retained opened pack together with the PayPal dispute fee. The matters raised in this review, together with all supporting evidence, will now be determined by the court rather than through public allegations.
We have retained comprehensive documentary evidence, including order records, email correspondence, delivery and return tracking, photographs and PayPal case documentation, and will rely upon this evidence throughout the court proceedings.
As the matter is now before the court, it would be inappropriate for us to comment further.

I ordered new hair from this company, everything went well until Royal Mail left this order outside and signed for this on my behalf. On raising this to this company they was no help what so ever, still without any hair and out of pocket massively

We are sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of this matter.
The order was dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery and was recorded by Royal Mail as delivered to the delivery address provided. Following the report of non-receipt, the matter was investigated by both Royal Mail and PayPal. PayPal reviewed the available evidence and found in our favour.
As the parties have been unable to reach agreement, the matter is now the subject of ongoing legal proceedings. For that reason, we are unable to comment further on the details of the case in a public forum.
We have always responded to correspondence regarding this matter and will continue to engage through the appropriate legal process.

First time ordering online and it won't be my last! I was amazed by the quality of genuine brands stocked and price points. Even when my delivery was running late due to supplier issues, I was contacted by text and informed ( thank you by the way for the polite text!). I was very pleased with the service. Only feedback would be, they need to respond to the contact us email address listed and also better paired pictures of the wigs in all colours as I had to "blind buy" a few items at my risk! Overall good experience and I am reordering again soon. Thank you

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing company and individuals that work here, they were very helpful in letting me know about my orders as i’ve never gotten any kind of Extensions but after i received a haircut i was unhappy with my hairdresser recommended me this website and i can say i would 100% recommend this to any one of my friends or family. Lovely company and 100/10 customer service
