A much improved version and questions were relevant and sensible. Our surgery The Ridgeway responded it immediately and got an immediate appointment. My condition was also required immediate attention.

I have been with this surgery Garden Lane Medical Center for a long time, always polite and helpful staff.

Fantastic drs they are responsive fast it can take time to get through but due to the call back its fast they ring you back they have been slow on non repeat prescriptions but a second call is enough to get a prescription they have advance appointments when requested he is moving drs which is a shame as i can not fault all the staff at oakwood medical centre staff including reception have been polite caring and supportive dr Anderson has made a difference to my brother health thank you

I’m getting used to limiting my Dr replies to 1000 limit so I am now managing with this Patches system better.

Connecting with GP has been made very easy and convenient by Patchs. Few quick questions sharing about the issue, symptoms and what I support I need and I hear back from my GP in couple of hours. I appreciate the service they are providing

Just had the misfortune to have to use this site I personally think it needs blowing up it's absolutely pathetic . I won't use it again I'll just waste the GP's time to give me a fit note . I used to use the surgery website but it seems patchs now deal with it all more government money wasted

Patches is honestly a gift. It streamlines so many actions and makes getting information and also providing information pre appointment to or from your GP.

The service runs fast, effectively, covers all bases and is extremely user friendly.

Everything is laid out clearly and very easy to follow.

Pair the former with the notion that this also alleviates some workload freeing up some time for other tasks and patches is practically invaluable at this point.

I am sorry to say that but yesterday I was sending a lot messages because my bumps itchy raised my hands, my head under hurt my on front of my face same a lot of pain the bumps going to extend more and yesterday I try to have connection with a doctor to see me but never no call me and no have any interest, Aneta after hours send me messages about medication what I was taken a lot from thre different doctors thre times and still I have but no have any effect so Sunday i was having appointment by phone whit a doctor what he insist to give me medication again what I refuse because I was trying many times medication, I was asking to make appointment for me whit a doctor because appointment what I have is on 3 March is to far and my bumps hurt me and itchy raised me and can cause more pain and infection. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY THE GP NO HELPING ME OUT OF ANY ISSUE OR REASONS FOR NON SERVICE.!!!!!ANETA SEND ME MESSAGES AND ASK ME WHY I RESUSE THE DOCTOR TO GIVE ME AGAIN MEDICATION???AND SHE RECOMMEND ME TO GO ON EMERGENCY ,THEY NO CARE IS EASY TO GIVE YOU MEDICATION OUT OF ANY TEST BLOOD AND OUT OF ANY TEST OF SKIN ???? I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THEM SERVICE WHAT S VERY 👎 !!!
