I order some party bag items from party packs. I wanted dinosaur themed items. The website is easy to navigate, and unlike a lot of other websites, I could order just the amount of each of the items I needed, rather than bulk buying.
The items came within a couple of days. The price was reasonable and I'm really happy with the quality.
I will definitely order from them again.

Amazing service and excellent quality products. When we had an issue with the delivery courier, the team were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything in time for our party. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Delivery was fast and efficient. Products were as advertised (Chocolate casino chips). Packaging was very poor - the products were rattling about in a large box with no wrapping.

Super fast delivery as I sent an email to customer services requesting delivery within 3 working days when the advice was 3 to 5 working days. Justine pulled out all the stops and my parcel was delivered in two working days. The items are just as I would expect and will be great for our party.

We ordered some items for a Bollywood event at work recently, on the website, there are 4x Waikiki leis displayed so it looks like you get 4 per pack, but this is NOT the case, you get one, which is not very clear and very misleading. Not impressed with their customer service either. Hope this helps someone.

Awful, balloons were not the same coulor as shown on website and was told “coulor varies” um ok but why are my balloons purple and the ones you show online are red / burgundy? They also did not blow up to even near the size they state on the website, Customer service stated “we’ve blown some up in the office today they’re fine” even after i sent her the pic of mine literally not blowing up. Customer service wanted me to send them back and with a “free post” label. Who the hell has a printer these days. Days before my partners birthday absolute joke never used them before and wouldn’t again.

I called and spoke to Claire this afternoon (Thursday) and asked about the delivery times as I needed some items for Saturday afternoon. Claire said if I placed the order,she'd look out for my name and rush it through for me. I called back after I'd placed it and she very kindly let me add a few more items to the order and pay over the phone. Just had a confirmation email that it'll all be with me tomorrow morning. Superb service and Claire is an absolute credit to the company. Hadn't heard of you before but will be ordering from you for all other occasions now,too! 🙏🏼

I placed an order on a Thursday that I needed by Sunday, so I selected "Saturday delivery" at checkout. Very quickly after placing the order I was contacted and offered delivery on Friday along with a refund of the difference in shipping. I sincerely appreciated that, particularly for an order that wasn't especially large.

Party Packs offer a great variety of party supplies, very competitive prices and quick dispatch. They also have the best Customer Service I've ever seen: they respond promptly with a solution to any problem or answer to any question. I've been using them for a few years now and can 100% recommend.

Party Packs is always my go to whenever I need party items. They have a wonderful range of products, the prices are very reasonable and my orders are always delivered quickly.

There is a great choice of party accessories on their website. It was easy to place an order. We received excellent service. Prompt delivery of our order and everything had been carefully packaged and the contents had been double checked for accuracy. I would highly recommend this company.

Have placed multiple orders with this company now in the past few weeks. I was a bit worried based on some poor reviews but out of multiple party websites I've ordered from in that period, this company is by far the best. I've had no issues with any of my orders, which is more than I can say about some of the other companies. Would happily order from this company again.

Went to see the shipping details for an item i was thinking about getting via their site.
Didn't sign up to anything
Put my email in incase i purchased the item
Changed my mind and didn't order
Now i get marketing emails that i have to exert energy to unsubscribe from.
Yet I Don't remember subscribing or making an account!!!

I was absolutely delighted with my order. . It was all packed well and excellent quality. This will make my parents happy on their golden wedding. Will definitely be ordering again!

Really really disappointed with them.

Just got a party box for my little girl worth over £70….be aware, everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is self assembly so that means that they sell you cheap stuff that could be bought elsewhere much cheaper and then, they send (really cheap again) print out stickers and you do have to stick everything yourselves….extremely disappointed with them, will not buy from them again and will try to warn as many people as possible.
Rang customer service and said: I’m sorry YOU got it wrong….🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Excellent passive-aggressive response….!

My purchase could have been at least 50% cheaper if not more if I wanted cheap bad quality stuff that is all over eBay, I just wanted something special and didn’t get it… stay away from them 👎
