I needed a rubber grommet for my fiat and just couldn’t find one, i filled out a email form for Partsworld on the Tuesday evening, they mailed me back on Wednesday morning just to confirm with a picture it was the part, sent me a link to order and pay for it, it arrived Thursday , I can’t praise Partsworld enough , very helpful and quick delivery, fantastic service.

When I ordered the part I made a mistake, and ordered wrong one. When I reached out they helped me identifying and fixing the issue. Got correct one, sent back wrong one. really happy about the outcome.

I've used these guys many times for Alfa and Fiat parts and find their service and delivery times to be very good, plus they deliver to N.Ireland unlike some others.

My EMC air filter for my Alfa was delivered within a couple of days and nearly £30 cheaper from anybody else ..happy days.Would recommend

Unfortunately no delivery attempt was made on Friday just before bank holiday, even though tracking states it was out for delivery. Nothing like taking the day off work and sitting in for the delivery!

Emailed Parts world to be told it’s the customer that has to contact Parcel force to ask where the parcel is? Hold on… I don't get to choose the logistics company and I have done my part paying for the item and the £10 postage!

Feel like this company is robbing customers of its money, Sales team give nothing but excuses “Liam” because apparently it is ONLY him in the office?

Why is there only 1 person working there?

So many questions and no answers, hopefully it will arrive TODAY… because I can already feel they would make a refund difficult if it doesn’t or make up many more excuses on how its the customers issue and they have to deal with it.
