Sadly a great service provider that for some reason has basically gone down hill. I’ve used Parker’s for over 20 years, I’m no way a regular customer, however I knew that when I needed a reliable car service they were my go to company. 2 times recently they have failed to stick to the pick up time & the bookings was made in advance.
Communication is good & you get an on route map etc but this isn’t much cop if it’s later than you booked for,
So I’m sorry Parker’s ….I will not get caught a third time.
I have no choice but to seek an alternative company.

Ordered car for 1245 pick up at LCY. Driver was there for us and we entered car at 1252 exactly. Parker then charged us an additional £16 car parking fees for a 45 minute wait! No receipt given as to how this charge was accumulated. I contacted Parker about this but have not received a reply. Would not use again and would not recommend.

I made a reservation with this company 2 weeks in advance and confirmed on the day. My wife and I were left waiting in the cold for one hour whilst we were told the car would be 10 minutes on 3 occasions. Eventually a minicab arrived (Kia Ceed) which I suspect had been called within that hour. To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me extra for keeping the car waiting! I contacted the company to complain about the service we received. Receipt of the email was acknowledged but I have had no response to my complaint.I would have nothing to do with this company again and advise against using them.

The most unreliable cab service after calling for a cab at 6:30pm and booking to make sure my son was collected at 11 pm from friends houses the cab decided to arrive 15 minutes early called my sons phone who did not answer we are sorry about that missed call did not attempt to knock on the door to inform us he was there but then decided to leave. Then refused to come back to collect my son even though I paid for his card demanding I pay another £13 the most unreliable cab service I ever you avoid.!!!

If I could give NO rating I would!! I have used Parker Car Service as I was a loyal Black and White customer before Parkers acquired them for 15 years. I have now had 2 occasions when the car hasn't turned up. This is very embarrassing as I had clients with me both times. The service from the lady in the office was appalling, very rude and no customer service whatsoever! I booked the service a month in advance to be collected from Twickenham. The reason the lady controller gave for the no show was because there was a rugby game on.....I was there and that is why I booked a month in advance!!My 8pm taxi apparently arrived at the pick up point at 9.30pm!! I was at home via a bus and tube by then......awful, awful, awful!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely shocking, I needed a taxi for an exam so was leaving in plenty of time. I telephoned an hour before and booked it, there was no mention of any problems. The time come and went with no update, text message etc. I telephoned back and was advised the driver would be another 15 mins. I waited the time and still nothing. I telephoned back to be told that the taxi driver was on a road round the corner after dropping passenger off, I waited but still nothing. I got a call from the driver who informed me that he had just been given the job (45 mins after I booked it) and did I still need the taxi - he was still at least 15 mins away. This is absolutely shocking, I moved to Parkers because of their so called reputation - what a joke!! I don't mind if a taxi firm can't provide a service but I'd prefer to be told the truth from the start and not lied too on a number of occasions. I would definitely avoid altogether Thanks for causing unnecessary stress right before exams!

Unreliable and awful customer service. I had an important medical appointment and booked a cab, giving myself plenty of time as it was rush hour, and booked at 9am for 17:30. It is usually 10mn away but scheduled for double because of the traffic. At 17:26 I got a text saying the driver would be 10mn late. I thought if it was the case, I would still get there just about on time. After 10mn, no updates no driver. I called them several times and they lied saying he was 1mile away, then later even further away and said traffic was the cause of the delay! When the driver finally arrived, he was very casual and took his time reversing even though I had my front door open and there was plenty of space right in front. I got a text, which I discovered this morning only, saying he had arrived, he had made no attempt to physically say he had arrived. I don't know if he was told that he was late, but he said that he had only been given the job 5mn ago. Someone is lying for sure. I asked for a discount and they offered £3 off which is dismal. They really don't care about their customers; I have used them for several years and always found them good, but this is the last time, they are very unprofessional and their customer service is awful.

A trip from Walton-on-Thames to Heathrow Terminal No. 3. The driver was well on time, curteous, and efficient. Thank you.

As a driver avoid these scammers. They misuse drivers and the Pco system.

***PLEASE READ - THIS COMPANY RUINED OUR WEDDING***

We used this company for wedding car service for our wedding. I checked several times to confirm timings for each of the cars booked. Given this was for our wedding - the most special day of our lives - it was important as I stressed to them that timings and service were good.

Cars were circa 30 minutes late DESPITE being promised that cars would actually be early (by 10 mins) so not to keep the bride, bridesmaids, and brides parents waiting. We were told this was because of rugby at Twickenham (?!), yet our wedding was in Morden - close yes but not close enough for such a delay.

Since then we have contacted this excuse for a company - they have refused to apologise but OVERCHARGED US and are taking NO RESPONSIBILITY for their actions!

I have phone records, bank statements and written proof of the below.

This company are the lowest of the low, real scum. They deserve bankruptcy - NOT YOUR BUSINESS!

Ask yourself - would you want to use a company like this?

I thought not. Please, please, don't let them succeed and ruin anyone else's big day.

I used this company twice over the time I was in Teddington and Twickenham and both times the drivers were exceptional courteous and polite. The service is fairly priced and the cars were well driven on both occasions. Travelling with daughter was made much easier by the excellent attitudes of the drivers.

As a small London-based interior design company, we opened an account with Parker Cars in August 2015.

We had a few uneventful trips with Paker Cars at first but soon started noticing the level of service was going South.

1/ Being on account, we decided to settle monthly by direct debit. Parker Cars did not manage to implement this direct debit facility despite us sending them the DD form 3 times. How could they misplace this form so many times and not let us know within the course of one year?

2/ On the last occasion, for an all important key pickup, the driver for Parker was late, downright rude with the person he was picking up from (one of our clients) and the £74 + cost for the ride left a really bad taste. No apologies were offered.

We have been contacted by their Accounts Dept (who left it well over 120 days before having the common courtesy of calling us - yes, we could have checked our bank statements, but not having to check your balance monthly is a bit the idea behind being on a direct debit account).

Needless to say we will now pay what we owe to Parker Cars but will immediately close this account as we feel the service was not up to scratch.
