Very good experience in sending international parcel. This was my second parcel and i am immensely pleased with their services. Their mumbai staff (Sakina & Nadeem) are very polite and cooperative . No hassles at all. Everything including packing of the box was taken care of by Parcelchief representative and to say - the parcel was received safely in Canada within 6-7 days and absolutely as we sent it. no damaged box or damaged items . The parcel delivery service was great
The parcel delivery service was great! It was packed well and delivered on promised timelines. I got stuff delivered to my sister in UK. They deliver almost all things that falls under the guidelines and would also suggest if something can't be send prior to avoid confusion and delays

Parcel chief, A great international courier service
I'm happy to share that the parcel moved securely and rapidly from Mumbai to Aberdeen, UK . I found Parcel Chief a good and reliable courier agency.
However, I'm unhappy with the inland courier who took it 10 days to carry it from my hometown to Mumbai.

Then I took photographs of items and total weight and dimensions of the package after their confirmation i packed items and informed. They arranged pickup from my door with tracking ID every update they delivered in time. The rates are very affordable with no hiden charges and especially Sakeena Ma'am thank u for all the updates.
