Shipping is too expensive and always has been. when I have a problem they don’t care to help. When their product is defective they do nothing to fix the problem. Customer service is not good. If I sent a product that was defective I would expect to replace the product. They do nothing.

Shipping problem
I love getting ribbon from Paper Mart, but this time I ordered two colors and they let me know that one color was not available. Instead of giving me the option to cancel my order, they sent one roll which still cost me $12 shipping! I think they should have given me the option to cancel or add another color before shipping.

The item I usually order was on back order and no indication of when it would be available. So they recommended another option which was very similar and discontinued so the price was incredibly less.
