Meaning the good inside were also damaged 4 out of 6.
On contacting the company with my complaint, the situation was dealt with very promptly and we received new un-damaged goods with in 4 days. Very happy with the service we received from panel warehouse, unfortunately I can't say the same for the delivery company ( DHL)

Hi Sam,
Thank you so much for ordering some 1800mm Wide Office Partitions. We are sorry to hear about issues with the courier, resulting in some of our products being damaged. Unfortunately, once the goods are with the delivery company, their occasional negligence is outside of our control. However, we are glad to hear that our staff came through and resolved the situation rapidly and you received all 6 partitions in perfect condition.

Display Board - Long Term Review
We have had a multi panel display stand for a number of years which has attracted many compliments. Recently we needed to extend it, adding 3 additional panels. Dealing with Panel Warehouse was as seamless as I remembered from using them previously. This is one of those companies where you really feel like you're getting a personal service. The product is great, (the fact we've had it so long speaks for itself!). Delivery was super fast.
Most of all, a huge thank you to Cathy, friendly and professional in equal measure, who made the whole process a pleasure. 5 Easy stars!

Great Panels, Super Fast Delivery, Excellent Service
Ordered panels from Panel Warehouse last minute after the original supplier I had chosen let us down. Panel Warehouse service was amazing and super helpful on helping me selecting the right product and organizing a fast delivery to meet our tight schedule. Their communication was very good and Cathy Rollinson kept me updated with everything. I wish I came to Panel Warehouse originally as it would have made my life so much easier. I will definitely use them from now. Thank you so much.

Attention to detail + the extra mile
I usually ignore requests for feedback but the quality of service I received from Panel Warehouse is worth talking about. They checked my order but then they took the extra step to compare it to my previous orders and spotted I'd ordered the wrong colour and contacted me to check. It sounds so simple but other companies just don't do this. This attention to detail saved me so much time, and I really appreciated it!
