All the sizing was too small. Also no free postage on returns

I’m only happy with the dress I bought from the physical shop! On line experience is not so great- first, dresses look way much better on-line than when you see them, and secondly Palava has very, very poor customer care. I ordered 6 dresses, one of which I paid but has not arrived. Apparently they forgot in the warehouse to pack it! I had to call the Palava office on 3 occasions and overall I was left with the very, truly poor customer experience. I paid for the dress, and received 1/2 empty parcel, and sadly still have not received it, and still chasing it. No explanation or follow up email/ calls from Palava. . Feels very unprofessional rather than organic or environmentally friendly. Explains Palava name for the business. Shame.

My queries were answered very helpfully. I liked the dress I ordered very much but for various reasons it wasn't quite right for me. I hope to buy something from Palava in the future.

I love Palava's quirky, original retro styles. My only caveat is the sizing of their dresses. Some styles fit like a glove and others in the same size will be perfect at the waist and too big in the boob area. But then I suppose this variability gives everyone a chance to find a style that fits them. But I ADORE Palava! And I appreciate their green credentials.

I've used it several times. It takes about 2 weeks to arrive in Japan, but I'm relieved to receive a polite email about the delivery. And the clothes that arrive are very nice and wonderful! I'm always looking forward to receiving the clothes from this store. I want to go to a store in England someday.

This is a very good, reliable company to purchase from. Items are dispatched promptly, and the quality and style of their products are fabulous.

Bought this Organic Cotton Cardigan-Vera Cream Floral Corsage on the sales. Received in a large paper bag with cute drawings. It came with a nostalgic receipt slip which I was pleasantly surprised how eco-friendly the company has worked on eco-friendly packaging! The cardigan was pretty and well made. The piece appeared true to the image online. The shop is a little more expensive than I would normally shop for the same quality of clothes.

Easy to order. The garment a perfect fit and excellent quality.

This was the first time that I bought on Palava and I have to say, it was great. I did the mistake of ordering the wrong size, I wrote an Email asking how to proceed, the responded quickly, I send back the small size and got the bigger one within some days. There was no problem at all, very kind and the trousers are super comfortable and fit perfectly.

They sent the wrong item because they didn't have the item I ordered in stock although it was shown on their website.
They didn't bother to check if it was the same item or not when made the parcel.
Very disappointed.

The jumpsuits are amazing. Silky and gorgeous. For me... a tall option would be even better!

Helpful staff and quick reply to questions. The dress is fab, fit is great and the material is lovely.
Just to warn EU customers, the customs charges are extortionate, this isn’t Palava’s fault hence no deduction in stars, but just a warning

I have bought 3 dresses from Palava now - they are absolutely stunning, well made, and ethical. What's not to love?

When I received my original order, it was the wrong size. I contacted Palava and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant lady. I returned the order and very quickly received my exchange. The quality of the clothes are lovely and the design is just my thing. I will certainly be ordering more items in the future. I also love that the wrapping is all eco friendly. :-)

I needed to exchange a dress for a different size and the customer service at Palava was great, they were very responsive and helpful. The clothes are so nice, great patterns, fabrics and styles.

The clothing is attractive and well made. Ordering is easy and there have been no problems with mail delivery. I will order from Palava again
