This is my 2nd dress from Palava.
I was looking for sustainable and ethical clothing brands and found Palava. The cotton is the softest, the shapes are elegant and the prints are beautiful.

I bought two lovely dresses and everything was just wonderful! Even the bag it came in was gorgeous!

Absolutely beautiful cardigan, will definitely be buying more items. I had struggled with trying to use an intro code and getting a response to emails, so I rang the shop and an extremely helpful gentleman assisted me with the order and the cardigan was delivered 48 hours later. Glad I persevered, over the moon with the cardigan, nothing else like it out there.

Love this brand! Beautifully designed, colourful clothes with a vintage inspired twist! I have a number of the cardigans, as well as short sleeves knits, a pair of linen trousers and a few dresses! Absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price. You can not buy eco conscious quality clothing for a cheap price point. They are made to last, as long as they are looked after properly. I really rate this UK based company.

Really beautiful clothes, carefully packaged and fast delivery. You have to pay postage and returns which did make me think very carefully about ordering. Luckily everything I've ordered fits.

Palava is a great clothing store to shop at!! I bought a cardigan and a dress and they packaged the items very neatly and folded the dress in a nice bag and for being a first time customer I got a coupon from them for 10% off! Shipping to the US was fast and I didn’t half to pay any extra fees on my purchases! They have great costumer service and their website is easy to use and you can translate the UK prices into US pricing. Their prices are reasonable for the great quality of their clothes! I’m very happy with my purchases!

I bought a pair of the Josephine - Coral Linen Trousers 2 summers ago and didn’t wear them because they didn’t fit properly, too big and the crotch was way too long.
I called them to ask if I could return them for a smaller size and spoke to a gentleman called Gavin. I was upfront about the fact I’d bought them ages ago but as they still have them for sale I thought it would be ok and even offered to buy something else to make it worth their while.

Gavin turned on me after giving me the impression it was possible to swap them for a smaller size - told me they were a different cut, probably due to the fact the previous one - the one I had was a rubbish fit and refused to swap them. I wouldn’t have minded so much had he not been so incredibly rude about it.

I understand they’re an independent sustainable brand and tried to meet them halfway - they have the same stock as 2 summers ago and aren’t fashion led,

As it stands, I have a pair of trousers that don’t fit me and it’s likely because they were an ill fitting pattern to start with.
I used to buy a few items from this brand every summer but I won’t be doing that again.

Super service and i love the knit

Palava is good design.
But never do like me if you don't live in the UK. Palava says they deduct taxes from the price for EU citizens, but that doesn't happen. The item is significantly more expensive than if you buy from a dealer in your own country. In addition, customs and tax are added. The item becomes 50% more expensive by buying at Palava.co.

Love everything I've received from Palava. Truly beautiful and unique clothing that I will treasure for years!

A beautiful garment, beautifully made. It was nicely packaged and arrived quickly.

Excellent firm cushion pads. Good price and quick delivery - sent in 2 parcels, because of size, with a note in each to say the rest were in another parcel which would have been very helpful if they had arrived separately.

5*. I bought x2 Cardigans with an Eagle and a Fox embroided on them. Fantastic quality and good communication from the company.

My wife loved the jumper. Very good quality and just the fit she was hoping for and it suits her.
Too bad I can't order more often because of the added expense of customs between the UK and Spain.

Outstanding prompt efficient delivery. All items are a joy of colour & extremely high quality, beautifully made & unique designs. Extremely well packaged, will definitely be treating myself to more of the collection in the future.
