Unbelievable and not in a good way.
I posted a poor review since I had been asked to review an item that I hadn’t received yet. Because of this they decided not to send me my purchase despite the fact that it had arrived with them. They have refunded me in full. Be careful because if you are honest they will just refuse your custom. Lucky them that they can be so choosy. Never mind there are plenty of other places I can get my rug from.
Update now they have sent me an email stating that I cancelled my order which I did not. I have an email from somebody at the company who said he decided to cancel my order. I would never consider shopping with this company again. I hope they don’t treat all their customers this way.
