I've been using this pen for around one year, and I love it. I have degenerative disc disease, a fractured T11 vertebrae, arthritis in my spine and a neurological condition that causes chronic nerve pain everywhere. Whilst a regular TENS machine is great for my spine pain, the paingone plus pen is fantastic for when I get nerve pain that I can reach, like in my arms and legs. And I love that it is portable. The only thing that it's missing in my opinion, is a rechargeable option. But that is easily remedied by buying some rechargeable batteries. It is a little expensive, and it doesn't seem to work for everyone (which is probably why they have a money back guarantee), but for those that it does help, it's a worthy investment. It has given me a lot of relief since I've been using it.

I only wish that l had known more about this product before wasting $75 ! Cannot use it on back or neck areas (unless you're Houdini).....totally useless for my L knee pain (main reason for purchase)....& L hand. In fact, it makes the pain & discomfort worse with the electrical impulses which feel like a burning sensation.
One more product that has failed the hype & will inevitably end up in the bottom drawer.
Please save your money & don't buy this useless junk.

This is just far too painful to use. No matter how I hold it, it feels like I am being repeatedly stabbed with a needle.I do not have sensitive skin but this leaves red marks on my skin. I just can’t use it- total waste of money…

J'ai acheté a ma pharmacie un appareil Paingone XL depuis le mois de mai et toujours dans l'attente de deux électrodes offertes.
La réponse de la société en rupture de produit par deux périodes envoi et c'est au client de rechercher la livraison a la poste ou a un point relais sans suivi de colis? Fait par Six fois relance et plus de réponse aujourd'hui.cela donne une très mauvaise image

The unit works great, and the instructions were VERY clear and easy to understand.

The first time I called, the agent could not hear me. When I called back the 2nd time, everything was fine. I have a problem with the remote for Paingone and thought that this was the number to call. Found out I need to call customer service, which is closed on weekends. Need more info in booklet when purchasing an expensive item as this.

Difficult to hold the device and press the top button simultaneously, especially in hard to reach areas like on my back. Only used my device twice and now it doesn’t work at all (overheated with burning smell in battery)
Doesn’t relieve pain, just a gimmick and scam and too expensive. Complete waste of money

Al snel een bestelbevestiging ontvangen, maar dat was ook het laatste wat ik van ze gehoord heb.

Bellen: telefoon wordt niet beantwoord.
Vandaag, 17 juli, gemaild met de vraag waar mijn bestelling blijft. Als ik niet binnen drie dagen antwoord heb gekregen of de artikelen heb ontvangen dan laat ik de creditcard betaling blokkeren.

All of my questions and requests were answered quickly. Even though the device was on back order, I was updated and kept in the loop.

Need new cord to charge unit. Got run around. Don't know if I am getting new cord for new machine. Have had less than a week and it doesn't charge. Thinking of returning.

Although this item arrived reasonably quick I wish I never ordered them, I went for the pack of 2 as it was cheaper than getting just 1, I had high hopes for this and started to use it straight away, I was VERY disappointed as it didn't live up to expectations, but continued to use it in the hopes it would get better, I was using on my fingers which tend to seize up and are very painful, and my neck, it actually hurt to use so tried in a few different ways, on the odd occasion I did feel relief it was very short lived, lasting only a few minutes, so wish I had gone with my gut instinct and never ordered in the first place.........waste of time and money, so wish I had remembered about the refund policy but as usual I left it too late.

I finally received my Fllow Saturday, June 14th. and when I checked my order, the box with Fllow was missing the Arthro-Fllow Pads and the two different sets of cables to plug the Arthro-Vfllow Pads and Fllow TENS Pads. I ordered one extra Arthro-Vfllow Pads and two (2) Fllow TENS Pads to utilize with the unit.

The Fllow Carry Bag, one storage chamber at the bottom the machine missed sewing it and there is a hole that let's the charging cable fail out.

As for the unit itself, I plugged it in and fully charged it before using it. The remote unit only charged two (2) bars. I checked to make sure the two (2) charging posts were making contact during the changing process.

I was a police officer for the State of Maryland and was run over, drug down the street, pinned between the vehicle and ta telephone pole and as result my left ACL had to be be fully reconstructed, I ended up bulging disks in my back and neck along with nerve damage and and was diagnosed with Severe Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia.

Over the last thirty (30) years I during physical therapy I they utilized Electric stimulation on my and issued two (2) TENS Units to me, that I wore when I was working. Once I charged your Fllow device, it is working great so far for my Severe Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia and Restless Leg Syndrome. I am primarily wheelchair bound so this type of device is essential for me. It helps to stimulate my body and circulate my blood.

I am looking forward to receiving the two (2) different cables and the Arthro-Vfllow Pads that were supposed to be in the unit and so I can enjoy using the Arthro-Vfllow Pads and Fllow TENS Pads I purchased.

I have 3 of the paingone+ pens.The original bought back in 2018. Other two within the past few years. One upstairs, one down and one in my handbag! They are amazing! My original one is the favourite as you turn it on and get to work with no further pressing. The more recent ones have to be held on while using which I personally find tricky, especially with painful wrists and thumbs.
I’d love to know why they altered them.
All in all though I wouldn’t be without any of them.

Ordering on line was easy. The product seems to be working for my wife's legs and my shoulder.

I bought my pen while living in New Zealand where I was constantly being bit by sandflies. We are now living in Spain where the sandflies have been replaced by mosquitos- not sure which is worse to be honest. But every year I bring out this pen and give myself 5-6 shots of this pen,, yes there are small pin prick type sensations but I find the relief almost instant and relatively long lasting. Looking at the pens now mine must be really old as I purchased it about 10 yrs ago and it is not white like the current ones but is green with a purplish button and nib. Works well for my requirements.

I got 2 pens because they were on offer, I have tried them both incase one was faulty but both of them feel like I'm being tasered! It's so painful and even through clothing! I tried to persevere for a few seconds incase this improved but I couldn't tolerate it and my clothing began to have a strange burning smell to it - definitely going to be returning these - terrible experience - how some people can't feel anything at all is beyond me!

The remote quit working after a few months. Only used it 3 time. A person from paingone is emailing me back and forth but is blaming on me that I dropped it ect. It is useless with out the remote. 400.00 bucks wasted mtrenor anchortruck

I'm been using and two weeks later keep coming back from my knees so little pain and I will let you know if I have to buying again. Thank you so much
