We're currently using their affiliate service as a Merchant for Bird & Wild, and we're looking forward to leaving them in the next few weeks. If you are a merchant, I can't honestly recommend them.

We've had a few battles with them, but overall, due to time, we have stuck it out, though there are significantly better options out there. They failed to set up our Affiliate offer correctly from the outset. We had someone using brand-based ads, which we discussed in the opening call as not allowed. Paid on Results may respond to this review by stating how they need to be fair to both the customer and merchant, and we can't argue with this; we have other affiliate programs with different brands that we self-manage, and we've rarely had to deny payouts; we just wanted our system set up correctly from the start with Paid on Results. They can't admit their mistake in setting the account up as it was from the outset as it could cost them a few hundred quid.

Paid on Results is a relatively closed service for a Merchant. It takes a lot more work than you'd ideally want to check affiliate sales are meeting the requirements and the backend is rudimentary. You can't easily create additional affiliate offerings or amend existing ones. You can't easily block affiliates you don't want to work with. The only thing you can do is look; even that is difficult as affiliate fees don't match up to the order number.

The good points are few, but they did shorten my exit time from 6 weeks to 2, though I was being thorn in their toe. That and the final bill will pay the £380 to the affiliate who was misusing the account, something I think POR has already paid out; thus, they are keen to recoup this cost.

They also usually respond within a day if your email isn't too pointy.

Other than that, many affiliate systems are better for the merchant. Refersion, Impact and Partner Stack to name a few.

Joined after having an affiliate program with one of the other uk affiliate companies for a couple of years as this company were offering lower running costs. After confirming the handful of affiliates I was working already are with them I switched over. Signup was easy and they took care of helping the websites switch over. One website took a little longer but most had switched within the week and was making us the same level of sales. I offered the same commission but it was costing less in fees to run the program which I really needed as all my costs to run my small business has increased lately. The reporting and tools are good, maybe not as detailed as the other network but had everything I ever used anyway and to be honest I just look at the daily email you get sent which the other company didn’t have so don’t have to sign in. Was surprised by the bespoke domain feature you can setup, which the other platform didn’t offer, made it easier to work with one YouTuber I know. Customer service is friendly and quick to reply. Would recommend as a way to have all the main websites promote you like the cashback ones and any ambassadors you have.

Lady called Kenny Muir did not approved my affiliate account because I was using VPN :D Poor companies who expect to have business with this cam :D Please business owners - trust some real affiliate marketing companies -Partnerstack, Refersion, Impact - avoid these low level scams charging for promo but cocklblocking partners

Unsolicited copy and paste e-mails with no option to unsubscribe. From reading the other reviews it sounds like their service doesn't deliver either. Good companies don't solicit business from spam e-mails. So lame!

They send a ton of unsolicited sales emails with no way to opt out. It's always about ccing in some guy called Shane. Feels like a scam

They've been sending me unsolicited emails, trying to get me to 'partner' with one of their merchants. 'Isobel' has obviously been on a big old copy-and-paste exercise, as their initial email had a different photographer's details in the body of the email. That lack of attention does not bode well - she thinks my "site stood out as being very compatible with our client", but put someone else's name and website into the email. I can only assume they scrape the web and spam out emails to anyone they think even vaguely fits the bill.

My company is a Merchant on Paid On Results and I moonlight in my spare time as an Affiliate too so I get to see it from both sides. The thing I appreciate most about them is they have a good reporting and have a clear way of communicating to both Merchants and Affiliates. Their platform is easy to use, on both sides. Emailing them tends to get fast replies, but I would be better if they could reply at weekends rather than wait till Monday, plus would like to see a live chat being added rather than phoning for quick/simple things.

Paid the deposit required months ago. Have called a couple of times.

What can I say, I am an Affiliate with most Networks in the UK, and I have to say Paid on Results has been excellent, they pay out really quickly, but the reason for the review is that Paid on Results paid out on a merchant that went under whereas I have never had this with other networks, good to see Paid on Results has the Affiliates back. I was looking at negative reviews and thinking, most people don’t bother when they have a good experience but I can’t help but think any Merchant using the service and not having a good experience must be down to their lack of trying, wonder if the guy below ever once reached out to his Affiliates, I been doing this eight years and I can tell you of the hundreds of Merchants I promote, about 20 contact me regularly and the rest apart from the odd promotion never seem to bother, that’s with me reaching out to some of them, no response, anyway Affiliate Marketing is great, treat your affiliates well and they will push your products.

Waste of time and money. They sell you the world when you show any sign of interest, then leave you to hang out to dry once you’re on board. No proactivity from them, traffic was terrible. Really not worth working with them.

Paid On Results offered the lowest costs and was only a six months contract to see if they can deliver. The other networks promised the earth but wouldn't budge on their very long contacts, some of them as long as 24 months to secure the pricing I was getting from Paid On Results, and this makes them stand out amongst other Affiliate Networks. The good thing for me is they utilise a simple and easy to comprehend interface. One of the things I love most about them is their ability to detect any potential con artists quickly and are not reluctant to remove them from their system. Incredible team, great value for money and amazing technology.

I could give them 5 stars but they get 3 because of their customer service and technical support.

I am writing this review as I was speaking to my account manager today about people who leave un-balanced bad reviews from time to time about my products and how so few happy customers bother to leave one and she asked if I could leave a review with my honest feedback about Paid On Results. Well I will start by saying, she asked because she knows I am happy with the service, I guess I should take a leaf out of her book and ask my best customers to do the same also. However here is my true opinion, I am giving Paid On Results a 4 out of 5, why not 5 out of 5 if I say I am happy. I am but they need to improve on a few things, support can be hit and miss, most of the time you will get a reply same day but sometimes I need to call to prompt a reply, not the end of the world but I rather not have to call if I have reported something that I need help with. I can’t delete Affiliates from my program, I need to request Paid On Results Support to do this, a bit odd for the package I am paying for that is platform only. I would like more Affiliates promoting my products and out of the hundreds (yeap hundreds I have, only something like 6% generate any sales, not sure why the others joined to do nothing). Now the good points, all the main cash back sites promote my products and I make most of my sales from these Affiliates, the cost of the platform is really low for all the stuff they offer, I don’t need to worry about paying the affiliates, they do that part (major time saver that one). The cost, time and effort I put in really is worth it, All I really need to do is approve affiliates once a week, approve sales about once a month and update my banners every couple of month, easy enough for additional sales.

Poor service, waste of money, Stuart is very rude and pushy. Buyers beware!

I had signed up to paid on results for nearly 6 months now due to their price being the lowest compared to other affiliate companies. This service has just been a waste of time and hard earned money since they dont generate any results, since the time i have been with them not a single sell has been generated and for a company who says they have approx. 40,000+ Affiliates on their network you expect some good results. from this so called 40.000 affiliates only 94 joined my program and 95% of them have worse traffic than my own website. dont try asking for a refund because they will refuse to give the refund because you agreed to a contract based on lies and false hopes in getting results. very disappointed with this service and being told that you have to promote your own program as well is just poor. hope no one else falls for companies like these and wastes their hard earned money.

The setup for a new merchant has taken over 2 weeks due to PaidOnResults slow action at every stage. Support tickets not replied to and no explanation offered for the slow action and response to emails and tickets. Very frustrating.
Took over 9 years for someone to respond lol.
