Recommend! Sent a mirror interstate and was so easy
Everything was easy to organise the booking online. Once booked and paid, emails are sent with confirmation and info and further instructions for packaging and pick up. I sent a 6kg mirror from Adelaide to me in Melbourne and it arrived in 2 days via Aramex.

Time SENSITIVE never use Pack and Send
Pack and Send are not the courier!!! They contract out the delivery of your package by have no control over when or if the courier will come. There is also a lack of communication so, if something goes wrong they don’t say nothing! The Balmain, Sydney branch (Luke) aren’t even knowledgeable of the basic online services and think it’s some “Head Office” idea for P&S to pick up your package?! If your package is time sensitive DON’T use P&S!!

Great price and great service
Delivery driver was positive and respectful, had a conversation rather than grunting at us. Although we expected a3-4 day delivery, product was delivered within 24 hrs, and at the other end, was brought inside and sat on a table (just inside front door) to make it easier for my 84 year old father to open. Great price and great service.

Reasonable service, but check into the fine print and details
It was easy to use the website to view and select the desired options to send my parcel. I chose to bring the parcel to a local Pack & Send store, and it was convenient and easy to do. The staff there were friendly and helpful. The tracking was a little slow initially, but it was informative enough throughout the whole process. But, 3 things seemed a bit deceptive and hidden about the whole process. 1 - the delivery time indicated on the website for my parcel and chosen destination was 2 to 3 days - but it took 5 days. 2- it took the actual delivery company, Aramex, more than a day to pick-up the parcel from the local Pack & Send store, even though I arrived early in the morning to deliver the parcel to the store. 3 - the prices provided for the given shipping options ie. with our without signature, or with or without insurance, was very unclear. I thought by selecting an option that included insurance that the price included insurance based on prior information I provided about my item. But, no. You have to pay extra for than after you select to proceed with the option. It turned out to be about $5 cheaper than using Aus Post. I'll think twice next time. I'm thankful that the parcel arrived in excellent condition though.

Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only, and while we aim to meet them, there can sometimes be delays depending on the carrier and route. Similarly, collections from our stores are carried out by third-party couriers, and we’re currently seeing some delays with pickups which may explain the extra wait time. We’re also grateful for your feedback on the insurance options — we know clearer pricing and explanations would make things easier, and we’re working on improving this.

What a waste of my time..
What a waste of my time... I used the online chat and put in all the information about sending items to Thailand not by air. As it was a battery and other items. Told them the weight and dimensions of the Box and was told someone will contact me with costing and what they can do...........
About 2-3 weeks past and I heard nothing. I FB message them and they said they would put urgent on it. I got a phone call the next morning and first thing they asked was. What are you wanting to sent.... I said don't you have the information with you!?
He wanted to make sure the information was correct... Of course it's correct cuz I'm the one who put it in there.... I told him He then said oh we can't send batteries via air.. I told him don't bother then...
That's why I put all the information in the original enquiry. I said I did not want it to go by air because I know that I can't because of the lithium battery.

We have reviewed your delivery using the reference number provided and can confirm our carrier has supplied a proof-of-delivery photo confirming the parcel was delivered. If you have not yet received this image, we can email it through to you for your records.
Please note that while we understand you have checked with the receiver, there can be occasions where the recipient may not be at the delivery location at the time of arrival. We recommend sharing the proof photo with them to assist in locating the parcel.
