They were cheap but less easy to do troubleshoot customs issues
They were cheap and easy to do drop-offs of my packages in Brisbane. However, these packages were posted to Canada and the packages were stopped because of a customs fee that wasn’t paid. It took me four days to pay that fee because no one knew how to find the correct tracking numbers, even though I supplied the correct documentation I don’t think I’ll use and send again for posting to Canada.

Expectations can sometimes be confused by the misinterpretation of the services offered. International shipments can be tricky and not every country is the same and will have its own rules and guidance for personal items being imported into their countries. All detail on shipping with PACK & SEND, is outlined at the time of booking and acknowledged by the consignee, by accepting & making payment.

Personalise Processes with SMS
Automated SMS along the journey would be a smoother experience. I received an email on the day of pick up which said that it may or may not have been picked up (I knew it had been).
I would have liked a text:
- on pick-up
- delivery ETA
- notice of delivery
- confirmation of delivery

Sent 2 packages to China with delivery time on website as 1-2 days.
Both Packages were 4-7 days delivered, and one package was picked up 1 day late.
