I am very much impressed by Dean's courtesy
I am very much impressed by Dean's courteous manner over the phone when I rang up to make an inquiry to send an important document overseas. As it was my first time to use courier service, I was asking number of questions to understand the procedure and Dean was very patiently to provide me the answers. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, it was an issue for me to send the document and Dean was kind enough to come up with an unique solution and put in extra effort to make the delivery of the document eventuate. The document reached the destination within the expected delivery time. My experience with Dean's willingness to help and reliable attitude is rare and unique and it is highly appreciated. Hope there are more people like him to provide such high quality service.

Can’t recommend them highly enough. The guys at Rowville (Vic) Pack & Send are awesome...friendly, efficient and the prices are cheaper than Aus Post. Never had a problem delivery using Pack & Send and I use them 2-3 times a week.

I used Pack & Send to send something to My shop in NZ. Not only was it an easy website to navigate but also was such an easy process and they turned up so quickly without breaking the bank.

Booking process was straightforward. Driver was friendly. He collected my package and handled it with care. Received email notification when my package was delivered. Fantastic affordable service.

Smooth as silk
Thanks for the excellent efficient service from start to finish, and so smooth (Door to door - Aust to NZ). Appreciate the Rowville driver for quick pickup through to your brokerage agents moving things along late in the night. The tracking app you have is so comprehensive in it's detail & UPS seems a great partner to have.
Self service (economy) is brilliant as it enabled me to keep my costs below the NZ customs duty threshold (just) saving me further money on a small item shipped.
Have had the exact same experience with another item from Geelong yesterday... keep it up

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy your self service feature was. My only issue was trying to find out which of your sites are service centers, to be able to use your self service feature.
