My order arrived quickly and each item in the order was a great quality item. Happy to recommend.

Speedy delivery excellent service

Put an order on Friday night, opted for next day delivery, hope that boxes would arrive Sunday/Monday. No updates until Tuesday after calling, noted delivery from UPS in the morning. Delivery did not arrive, UPS updated delivery failed as no one’s home at 4.25pm. In fact, I was home but did not receive a call nor text from UPS. UPS instructed to go to access point to collect item if urgent. Made a complaint on their service but seems like nothing would change from this complaint as this is not the first time the complaint management team had received this sort of issue. Next day delivery should be rectified or detailed as next working day delivery on your website. Misleading information and delivery service is bad, the package did mentioned standard delivery although packing solution team informed it was expressed delivery.

1. Ordering online an adventure but old school phone discussion worked but had to provide CC details by phone (insecure)
2. Dialing in the exact delivery date needed multiple calls after heart stopping emails with incorrect info
3. Shipping cost excessive
4. Shipping quality terrible. Badly packed and items poorly folded. Arrived with plastic wrap torn on edges and worse the boxes were damaged on those edges which needed patching with tape.
5. Double wall on two of the sizes is not double wall and not strong as described
6. Document boxes (expensive) totally fragile and unusable. Thrown in the skip
7. Impossible to trust this company to get the job done. I was in the country for one day to get the packing done so needed good quality boxes well shipped and arriving on the right day. Cost of boxes and shipping was extremely high but I was happy to buy because I thought I would get trouble free service and quality product

In regards to the next day delivery, I understand that I ordered on a weekend (24/05) and that delivery will only be carried out on weekdays. However after emailing on the 26th of May, I received no follow up on my email, nor was my order dispatched on Monday. My package was only dispatched on the 27th of May, a tuesday. And arrived on the 30th of May. This is a far cry of the promised next day delivery I paid 5 quid for, I wouldn't have minded if I had received any information or followup email explaining this, because not even a hungover monday or busy week can explain why it took so long for my order to arrive or why there was no reply email at all.

Boxes were not delivered in time. Two days delay. I have asked for refund.

Boxes turned up fast and easy online order process but 2 out of 3 boxes were damaged fairly heavily l.

Packaging was good..product quality is simply excellent..I recommend it

Dennis was responsive and accommodating of our changing plans. A pleasure to work with.

In the build up to moving house, I placed two orders for moving boxes and paid for next day delivery on both orders. 3 days later, I receive notifications stating both orders had been delivered.

When I got back home, only one of the orders had arrived so I contacted the customer support email. I have since been ignored so I have requested a refund for the order that hasn't been delivered.

Overall a pretty useless experience, I will not be using them again. Moving house is already stressful as it is without this adding to it.

First, we chose next-day delivery, but customer service said they could not locate our address, so we not only didn't receive the parcel the next day, but we also had to collect it ourselves in a convenience shop. For the record, I have already made sure that the address is correct. So, we do not understand how our address cannot be found, as this has never happened to any other parcels with the same address from different websites.
Secondly, the quality of the boxes is not very strong and sturdy. The wall was very thin and easy to break. We used the boxes to put our stuff in to move houses; it couldn't last long.

Packing boxes solid and good product .
My only advise will be ,if ordering tape and bubble wrap ,check middle of packaging .
